I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich twice this week from two different locations. The first one at Town park, was acceptable and I would go back. The second at this location was tasteless, rubbery and the size of the tomatoe placed on the sandwich was the size of dollar coin. Maybe 1 inch by 1 inch. It literally did not cover a quarter of the bun. At least place two small or one large slice of tomatoe. To tip it off the coke zero was flat. This was a To Go order so it wasn't worth the trip back. This location is also a little difficult to get in and out to visit. The lady at the window was very pleasant and she was the only good thing from this visit.

This Zaxby's is 3 min from my house, however, their customer service is lacking, so I drive 15-20 min just to patronize another location that handles their customers with care.I asked for a Zax sauce in lieu of a cookie in a kid's meal and they flat out said "No." Shame.

This location is in the same office complex as my office and we eat here at least 2 - 3 x a month. When I first moved my office to this area a couple years ago, this location was struggling. Bad attitudes from the employees and just not a great restaurant, at all. Now that has completely changed and the ladies running this location have really done a great job. They are friendly and they CARE and the food order is always accurate and fresh. Well done on the turnaround!

Just returned home with my drive thru order, and discovered I was missing some tenders and sauces. I called the store, and the manager La La was very friendly and offered to make it right.I really appreciate the great customer service. Just double check your food before pulling off.

I am very disappointed, I did order a salad on Friday 01/05/2024. About 1 P.M. when I was about to eat my salad, the lettuce looked soggy and almost rotten. Like that salad has been sore in the fridge for at least a week. I am very mad.

This was the best Zaxbys we have ever been in. Timothy was awesome he was personal and a joy to have serving us. The Christian music playing was also a pleasure to hear. The food was delicious. We were very pleased with this Zaxbys.

On one of the colder days, I decided to place an order since I had my two younger daughters with me.I placed an online order at 12:37. It said it would be ready by 12:49. I pulled into the drive thru at 12:44. I was told “it just came through can you pull up and park.” Sure. By 12:57 I still hadn’t received my meals. I took both girls out and went inside. Guess what was on the counter? The attitude from everyone except the person working the register was disrespectful at best.Check your WiFi and app orders.Check your employees attitudes.
Food is usually fine. Occasional mix ups, not nothing crazy.However. I pull up to the window and pay. And then I am IMMEDIATELY told to pull forward and park so they can bring the food to my car. I don’t mind pulling forward when there’s a big back up in the line, but there were literally zero cars behind me. This has happened multiple times. It’s so weird.

I don't usually write any reviews but the short interaction I had with the cashier genuinely made my day. I'm not sure what her name was but I believe she had some variation of purple/burgundy hair. She was incredibly kind and made me feel so welcome. The best attitude of any service worker I've came across in months. Thank u:)
