My daughter has eaten there in the past and every time she says she is sick and it was awful. She will not eat there again. I used to like Zoes, so I gave it a try. Now I am sick and I know what she means that she will never eat there again. I will never eat at Zoes again because I will always remember how sick to my stomach i am right now by eating at this Zoes.

Food is good, but the roasted veggies were under cooked and the carrots sliced as thin as possible like carrot shavings making it impossible for my toddler to eat. And the tables chairs and high chairs were all pretty dirty. Everything else was really good tho!

I had the kabob combo the beef kabob was very good the shrimp kabob however was sad three shrimp separated by two pieces of squash had I known I would not have ordered the shrimp. A bit peicy for what you get but Overall I would eat there again.

The customer service here is really good. I’ve always had good customer service at any location I’ve been a patron. I want to highlight this location because, I inadvertently, placed an online order for delivery at this location (Kennesaw) and I live in Smyrna which is at best, 25 mins away. I wondered why the delivery time was 45 mins. So, I reviewed my order/receipt subsequently and realized, ahhh wrong location. Lol So, I called the store up to see if there was anything that could be done about transferring to the location closest to my home. I spoke w/ the assistant manager, Cameron, who was very helpful and courteous about whatever direction I wanted to go in. But, he helped me realized that by the time we undo what was done, then me placing another order at the correct location, it was just gonna add more time to my already long wait. I was very apprehensive about having “open food” (so to speak), with a driver, along for a 30 min drive especially during Covid. Lol He assured me that he would seal my order to maximum capacity. And, when I received it, it was. It was like trying to get into Ft. Knox, I’d imagine. Lol But, I appreciated it to the utmost! It really made me feel comfortable and good knowing that he cared enough to take the time to be sure that my anxiety was eased, by simply adding a few extra layers of protection to seal my food for delivery. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and I really appreciated the kind approach and gesture to resolving my issue!

We drove all the way from Rome ga, to come eat here and it was just a disappointment. First time ever, the girl was super rude. She just threw our plates on the tables all hurried to leave. Like we had to rush so we could get what we wanted from her. Since it was my first time here , I asked a pick two. A avocado salad and she was like you can’t get that so rudely. When my boyfriend said thank you she just said “mhm”. I hope this place never goes to Rome cause it would be a waste of time and space.I work at a restaurant and I get it can be frustrating and stuff like that. But it’s not fair to have to deal with rude people , cause we were nice. I get if we were rude, but we’re super nice since we know how it feels like.
The tomato bisque soup is amazing! Pair that with their turkey avocado sandwich and you've got a fantastic meal. The staff are always polite and professional.

Everything was delicious, as usual.Staff walked me through helping me figure out what it was I ordered last time (haha I couldn't remember but remembered what it tasted like), told me ingredients in everything, helped me find a gluten free option for my daughter with allergies.The chicken pita did not disappoint!
