Just left Kingsland location. We normally really enjoy this location, but had the worst service ever. We were there between 3pm and 4pm. Got sat in the bar area. Husband had salad bar and soup. Salad bar was picked over and never cleaned or refilled the whole time we were there. Slim pickings to say the least. We had to get our own silverware from another table. We were never checked on or offered drink refills. The server literally had her back to us, talking to someone else when she dropped the check on our table. My food was good though, so a big thumbs up to the kitchen. Disappointing experience otherwise.

Waitress was great, atmosphere was pleasant, food was flavorful. The only thing was an annoying alarm sound that kept going off. I believe it was to let someone know something was done. Maybe they could make the sound a little more pleasant.

Terrible experience today at Ruby Tuesday. The chair was dirty, I saw tables without picking up the plates. We really wanted to eat salad and try our first food there, basically relax after traveling on the road. We wanted a table for two and we walked to the table. The waitress didn't welcomed us, just came saying that she had to make the order of a big group first of almost 10 people. So it meant to us that it was her priority to and that we needed to spend more time there. Then she came to order our drinks, I said just water. I thought I was ready to order my dish to share with my husband as well. She stopped me, didn't listen and she said to me she needed to take the other people's table first. It seems that customer service was bad and decided to leave the place. Walked away and decided to find another restaurant to eat ?
