I ordered via DoorDash and received a completely soggy, greasy, doughy, under-cooked pizza. This location has gotten really bad. Thankfully DoorDash refunded my purchase.

Last night me and my mom called in a order for 2 pizza from the LaFayette store, said it would be about 20 mins. We get there pizza ain't ready so we wait another 20 minutes. When we finally get our pizza , my mom is coming out the door and falls hard on the concrete because the rug at the door is roll-up some. Not a single employee came to check on her or ask her if she is ok, all they can do is just stand there and stare. I'm the one who came running to her to check on her. I'll never eat at this store again cause their employees could care less about their customers. FYI my mom has a fractured wrist from her fall and some bruises

Always a great experience there - the staff are always super nice and hardworking and the food is always exceptional. I'm not sure why the location has such a low rating but I hope they get the recognition they deserve from other patrons in the future. This is my go-to spot for tasty, affordable grub!
