Absolutely dreadful delivery service, worst food in the tri-state area, and in the seven years I have lived here I've only been there a handful of times for good reason. Do not recommend. Dirty place, dirty service.

We we're the only ppl in the restaurant and took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, bring us a menu or ask for drinks. Took 10 min for a water and a sweet tea. Again, only ppl there. After about 20 minutes we had our order taken, only to have the waitress come back 10 minutes later and tell us one of the 2 things we ordered weren't on the menu (chicken bacon ranch pizza). After that it still took 25 minutes to get a pizza. Also, had to sweep pizza topping out of my seat and the tables were so sticky you could barely pull the menu off of it. Won't be back.

On hold for 20 minutes to find out why my pick up order went from 15 minutes to a 56 minute wait time. No one is picking up the phones and when I do I get told I'm gonna transfer for you to someone who can help. How there only 1 phone on the whole place,who am I getting transferred to? The automated message over and over again. It can't be that hard to just check the order to find out what is going on with a pick up order. Get better staff/workers there who actually have customer service skills.

Cody is top knotch at LaFayette Pizza Hut! He went above and beyond to help us out today. We had wings, cheese bread, and pizza. Every thing came out at different times, and was smoking hot, super fresh!

I ordered the big box and had to place my order three times! The guy that took the order wasn't knowledgeable about the menu. I had to speak with another employee that didn't give me her position. Manager? Maybe. Just be sure to check your order before you leave.

Service was great, pizza took a little while but the bead sticks were OUTSTANDING!!! & the pizza was pretty good, too. 1 of the last eat in/sit down Puzza Hut restaurants left!!!
I was overly charged for my order. Plus 2 pizzas exactly the same was 2 different prices which were wrong also.

I had a carry out order & this was the absolute best Pizza I have had in years!!! The pizza was like they were years ago just full of toppings , Cheese, & everything was perfect. Thanks to the crew on August 24 at 6pm. Y'all deserve 5+ stars. I will be back as I love Pan pizzas.

Arrived around 2pm on a Saturday and there were no customers. As my group of 4 waited to be seated several minutes passed without even being acknowledged. Everyone was in the back. I peered into the window where I could see two employees. One was on his phone and the other appeared to be working. I tried several times calling out to get their attention. Finally I yelled loud enough and the one on his phone looked up and I asked if they were open and he sarcastically replied yes. I then asked him should we seat ourselves only to be responded to again with a sarcastic yes. As we seated ourselves an employee sarcastically said out loud from the back, “does it look like we are open”. My husband shared a few unkind words with him and we just left. I have been here a handful of times in the past only to be unimpressed with the service each time. Not that this Pizza Hut cares but we will never return.
