I got to the window after ordering and after waiting on the car at the window to get their food, and when I get to the window the guy told me they are out of roast beef, said it would be 20 minutes till its done. I only get 30 minutes for lunch break so I didn't have time to wait or go somewhere else either because they waited to tell me they were out of meat.

The one poor man doing his job is great but the lady taking the orders and the person I’m charge of stocking is awful! For some reason everyone who came in one and fish of course they were all out of fish so she decides to be on the phone for 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get more fish while everyone is waiting for their food. It was awful.

I took advantage of their five regular roast beef sandwiches for $5.00 after 5 pm. Unfortunately the sandwiches never look like what is advertised. I added horsey sauce to each one and noticed the quality, quantity and placement of the roast beef. Three of them were okay. Two, I could tell the roast beef was fresher sliced simply by the color. They definitely filled me up. On the last two sandwiches, I decided to combine the roast beef onto one sandwich with sauce on both bottom and top buns. It was delicious. It looked more like the sandwich advertised worldwide. They have to be losing money selling the sandwiches for a dollar each. If I decide to take advantage of it again, I will definitely double up two of the sandwiches maybe split the other one between the two and truly enjoy a roast beef sandwich!!Posted 09 December 2023

This place is awful!!! I came here today after a several months hiatus to see if it was different...it was ...baaaaad different. Worse than before. The drink station looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Sludge all over. Bathroom nasty as hell. Their crinkle fries always taste old and like they were reheated in a microwave. Bone fragments in the meat! I don't know how you screw up Mac n cheese, but the Mac n cheese bites are nasty and waaay to expensive. The Philly cheese steak (if you want to call it that) was cold and nasty with an awful flavor. I think an ingredient was bad because I have been throwing up from it. I went here at 11:30 am so everything should've been fresh and standing tall. The prices Arby's charges are ridiculous and this shouldn't happen. I will never eat at any Arby's again. This is a testament of store management and the district manager. There are many other places I can go for safe food and better value!!!

Walked in, had to use the restroom quickly.It was an abomination. Dead roach, wet and dirty floor, trash EVERYWHERE. It was like it had never been cleaned in weeks.Immediately left, cause imagine what the food prep area looks like!
