Ordered over $30 in ice cream. Got part of it they ask me to pull ahead and they will bring out the rest. Ok no big deal. 17 minutes later the first part of my order is melted and they bring out the rest and it’s not even right. When we told her this she simply said well what do you want me to do about it!

I was talked down to for not accepting a medium as a large. Was told, “this is a large sir.” Never would I ever give my money to a liar like that. Makes me want to order 20 large shakes an bail.

My burgers and blizzards are always delicious. My only con is the DRIVE THRU DIRECTIONS. I loved it when they had the front entrance cut off, and we had to use the back entrance. The line ran more smoothly. Now that it's back open to drive into the front there are cars blocking the drive thru exit and cars being cut in line. They need to make it MANDATORY to use the back entrance for drive thru ONLY. There is currently a car right at the road because the line is so backed up.

Every time I'm home, DQ is diffently one of my stops. I've traveled around the world and promise no other DQ beat LaGrange DQ. This weekend, we ordered 5 different meals in the drive thru, and all 5 were correct all the way down to the unusual mixture of sundaes. They need to fix that military discount calculation, but they still get a 5 star from us. At least they offer a military discount. So I'm not mad.

They would have gotten more because I love their shakes but one female got my order wrong and the other lady tried to remake my shake by filling the old milkshake with my new one. The sad part is my shake was over the trash can. I know how gross!!!!!! I asked her, "did she just do that over the trash can"... she huffed and puffed. She said "fine I'll remake it"..
