Ordered over the phone I was told 20-30 mins and an hour and 10 min later our food was ready. Got there at 30 min and pizza not even prepared and in the oven. Later they called out to cancel my name order i said no, I am right here waiting. Communication and customer service goes a long way. They lost numerous customers tonight as I witnessed 3 people walk out as their pizza wasn’t in the oven or ready. Another gentleman waited 11/2 hours after placing his online. Calls came in to check on orders and told not ready or prepared. They cancelled. Learning experience, don’t go back. Too many employees just standing around doing nothing. I believe it’s the manager with a sassy attitude. Good luck Domino’s’s you have lost another customer.

Employees are VERY rude kept raising their voice at me AND screamed at me and slammed the phone and hung up on me. Will NEVER be going back. Honestly they need to close it down because the lady that was helping us didn’t even know anything had to call for help then the lady that helped us didn’t know what she was doing either. And then messed up our order and blamed it on us saying it was our fault and she couldn’t do anything yelling at me so I just told her to give me my money back and we will never be going back.

around 9:30 PM I placed a order for delivery. around 10:30 I checked to see if it updated on the app and see if it was out for delivery yet. it still said it was being prepped so I called the store and talked to someone and he assured me that they got my order They just were running low on supplies and had to go to a different store to get things. I was trying to be understanding because I know stuff happens. He assured me that My order was gonna be ready and out for delivery within 10 to 15 minutes. The time is now 11:30 pm. I go to check my app and it still saying that it is being inspected for quality check, so I called the store and as I'm waiting on the phone for three minutes trying to talk to get someone to answer my order swaps to now being canceled. very poor customer service. Not sure if it's lack of help or they just don't care even paid through the app and left a 30% tip before I was even promised my food. Would not recommend.
Fast service but only because the food isn’t made correctly. Ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich with onions and peppers and this is how it looked when I got home

The Dominos on Roanoke Rd SUCKS!!! The employees lack customer services skills and showed no empathy for messing up my order. I called them after placing the order online to make sure it wouldn’t be messed up this time as I was explaining my issue I was rudely interrupted by Nicole. Then after getting my food and it not being what I ordered I called back and spoke with manger Brandon who showed absolutely no empathy in regards to the issue.
