I came to Krystal's the other day around 1am and although the second of only two cars in line and nobody inside, I had to wait almost ten minutes for a bag of legitimately cold burgers and fries. In addition, the cashier working the drive thru was very dirty and unkept. It absolutely REEKED of weed whenever the window was open. I hate for someone to get in trouble, but this was an experience was so ridiculous that I had to share.

Way to expensive. Rude woman at drive thru. She screwed up my order and tried to blame me. The outside stinks. Parking lot needs to be pressure washed to get rid of stinch.
The meat on the burgers was a gray slimy mess. I took a bite prior to inspecting and the meat was seriously rotten. It apparently, had sat out all nght or had not been refrigerated. It smelled the most awful smell, much like day old trash. I sent a complaint to Krystal with comments, a contact number and a request for a refund. Auto reply commented that I would be contacted in 72 hours. I think they meant 72 days - no one has reached out to me from Krystal. Do not eat at this location - based on my experience and the reviews below, the manager should be fired and the staff retrained. This is just awful!!!!

Terrible service, I will not be back there were a few guys working there yesterday morning and one of them kept cursing angry about cooking my food and cursing about some other lady in tbe drive through! So disrespectful the way he was talking I was afraid he did something to my food so I couldn’t even eat it.
