Haven’t ordered a pizza from this location, Commerce Drive in LaGrange, Ga, in a while. Staff seemed very disorganized and the portal was non functional.Ordered a pizza online and paid. When my husband picked it up he didn’t check it before bringing it home. It was burned. Burned so badly that there wasn’t much to eat because it was so bad.Won’t be buying from Little Caesars. I will order my pizzas from Papa John’s in the future. Horrible experience and would not recommend.

So each time I've came here we have found hair on our food. I've overlooked it but this time I had called a few times and each time they answered the phone and hung up. So I go in person & ask if the phones are not working. The cashier (white young lady) gives attitude & says "I don't know I just got here" this was almost 6pm. So after that 2 girls from the back pop out of nowhere one white girl with tattoos all over & a black girl. And they both were staring at me & they were laughing. So my thing is, if your going to hire people little sceasers at least make sure their professionals and not ghetto. You will lose business having workers like that.

Nov 1st I went in and was blown away by the girl behind the counter. Foul language, too busy playing and on her phone to be bothered by a customer… the hot and ready pizzas were out, at dinner time!?!? The Fri night before the manager there was super friendly and the staff was actually working!!! What happened !?! But Nov 1st they even got my simple order wrong. Wasted money. If I go back and that rude lazy girl is there, I’ll walk right back out. Lagrange is too small for that kinda service and foulness. Y’all will be outta business fast.

I have called this place 3 times and no answer. I ordered a stuffed pretzel crust pizza and got a regular pizza and all they did was sprinkle pretzel salt on the crust! They also didn’t have any ranch.

I love Little Caesars as a chain. I've eaten at this location maybe a dozen times. Their pizza is good only half of the time.More than once they've given me the wrong pizza, and it was always a cheaper pizza than what I ordered. One time my pizza was covered in salt. Why?Today was the last straw. Half of the pizza had raw dough on the bottom. When I tried to pick up a slice it just fell apart in the middle.Probably the worst Little Caesars location I've ever eaten at. You're much better off getting a frozen pizza from the store.

This is what they have served me twice saying it is a deep dish pizza both times the dough was raw. We live 20 minutes away so the first time I put it in my own oven till the dough was done and still wound up with food poisoning. The second time I returned it. It is only this location that I have ever had this problem with.
