The quality and service if Los Nopales has dramatically decreased over time. I am truly disappointed in this because this was my favorite place to have lunch or dinner in Lagrange. I now choose to leave town and go else where to have lunch or dinner. I truly wish that turns around.

Los Nepolas Mexican Restaurant seems to have left a lot to be desired based on the keywords provided. Quite frankly, i have no idea how this place has been in business this long. Probably the worst Mexican restaurant i’ve ever had. The outside was packed, don’t let this fool you. Some of the worst unseasoned food i’ve ever had. Presentation was sloppy, low quality meats, watered down cheese dip, and the most disgusting salsa i have ever encountered. Paid in full for 2 but neither of us ate more than 2 bites waste of money for sure but it was just that bad, honestly you would be better off with taco bell.

I got the macho nachos. It was mediocre at best. I told the waitress we needed a to go box We waited and waited. Never got a box told her again we need a to go box and we got a look like We were bugging her, I had to get a to go order as well. They tried to bring it on a plate and when I said it was to go again, I get the look like I’m bugging them. I just don’t think we will go back.

We were traveling back home and stoped in for dinner after a long weekend. We walked into 3 servers sitting in the lobby on their phones. One got up up eventually and asked how many. We replied with two. She looked at the seating chart and the other two waitress’s said” we don’t want them we already have a table”. And continued to play on their phone. To which the other stated. “ y’all can sit at the bar if you want” This is very disappointing and disrespectful. I hope the owner works with their employees or they will not be in business for long. I understand it’s hard to find help but these actions will ruin your business and confidence in the community.

The food was outstanding, I had the fajita burrito.The portion was huge, the chips were hot and fresh and the service was quick and the staff friendly, even with our big party of 8.

I ordered a chimichanga with no beans. When I received my plate it had beans on it. My chimichanga was greasy. the chicken was dry. What really top it off I received my receipt it's two different totals one for cash and one for card. So apparently they charge you an extras $2 . You won't find this out until you get your receipt.

Visited 2/10/24-service was awful; food was lukewarm; waitress too busy on cell phone to refull tea. Ate there about six weeks earlier and everything was very good. I guess manager was away this last time--and I mean LAST time we will ever go there. Taco bell has better service and friendlier help (much cheaper, too).
