I called twice to make a delivered order first call stayed on hold for 5 mins then they hung up on me.. I called back stayed on hold for 15 mins and they hung up on me again.. I really like the pizza but this makes me not want to call anymore

I then was given a refund but I couldn’t be refunded my tip due to the “system” I’ve never ate at this place and I couldn’t get the food and they kept the tip. Wouldnt recommend this location in Lagrange

We love Marcos in our town and get pizza there all the time. So we decided to order it while on a trip in LaGrange. Big Mistake. Ordered 2 pizzas that were to be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived 30 minutes later and still was told we had to wait 20? Waited 20 more minutes and still no sign of our order and employees were clueless. Had to be somewhere so we just left. Maybe I’ll get a refund or I’ll have to dispute it. This place is not doing things the Marcos way. Parking lot is also very, very dark and feels unsafe at night.

They were overly confused. The order was messed up. The pizza had excessive amount of sauce and we ordered light sauce. The wings were so cold I thought they might be frozen inside.

The food is good but the cashier that served us was extremely rude, when we asked for extra marinara he talked to us as if we were stupid and when he walked back into the kitchen we heard him insulting us and targeting my autistic niece who was the one who asked for the extra sauce and was upset there was a charge since last time she was there they never charged.

Really good pizza, a bit of a mix up. But I order green olives on my pizza. And most places automatically think green peppers, this place did the same, but caught it before they served it to me. And made me a fresh pie, phenomenal pie, fantastic price, . Real ingredients. . And the price is on point as well. Thanks marcos. I'll be back

I have eaten at several Marco’s over the years. Just like those the other places the pizza was good, hot and the way we ordered it. Staff was nice too. The tables, booths and chairs are worn out and need replacing. The outside area would be awesome but looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Old, worn our furniture there as well. Even the soda machine was not working, The owner needs to step up or step out and close the place. It is that unwelcoming.
