Was in line for over 15 minutes waiting for the car to get there orders on the speaker. I drove off ans saw cars pull off to rhe side waiting for food. I think the was a bad day for this place...

The staff is rude, the food was cold, even the drinks are watered down as soon as you get them with the cheap plastic cups. This is my least favorite fast food place.

Worst service of any McDonald's I've ever been too. 30 minute wait times just to order in the drive through are the regular and you will still be asked to pull up and park or go to the third window to wait on your food after that. And after that it's rare that you even get hot fries.

I used the kiosk inside the store on this visit but was still greeted by an associate. My order came out quickly and it was fresh & delicious! Me and my family had the worse, scary experience at this location, a person from the stuff was talking loud on the phone (fighting) screaming he was going to shoot out the hell of the place, i dont know if mean the store or elsewhere but we were going to eat there and we end up grabbing our kids and food and leaving. The manager on duty never told him to dont talk like that or stop doing it in front of customers he was ok with that!! Which IS NOT OK you can tell he or they always do that and its ok for them. For sure we will never come back to this location.. and the customers that walked in and heard that end up leaving as fast as they could for the same reason. Everybody was scared of that guy. And what he was saying on his phone, and all threads he was making. And if he was not an employee he was walking in and out the kitchen like he owned the place. It was bad. It does not matter who he was talking to personal life stays out of work and never get mixed up… and if he needed to get the phone he should stepped out and the manager should say the same!!!

My mobile order was giving me problems and when I showed the manager (AJ) what was going on he fixed it right away, and was kind enough to let me have a drink for my problems. A+ customer service here today.
