Out of all the ones that I have eaten at (3 other locations) this one has the best service and best tasting food by a LONG shot!! This is my favorite restaurant!!

Arrived at 11:50 to have lunch. The door is locked. As I was about to leave someone came to unlock it. The two guys working were less than thrilled to have us. We got no welcome to moes greeting. They barely spoke to us at all during the whole ordering process down the line.

Came in for lunch during a busy time they were very kind and fast. Even made whole new queso when they ran out in my order. Gave great portions. Will definitely be coming back.

The Lagrange location- 7x out of 10, they’re out of all of the protein. Tonight, the lady in front of me asked if they were gonna have more rice bc there was none on the line- the employees said it was gonna be a while. She then asked if they had any steak and they said, “no.” She walked out frustrated. I stepped up to order next and asked if they had white meat chicken. He said, “we don’t have any right now.” So, I also walked away. Just saying that they could do better and should work on their delivery of words bc usually their tone is horrible.

need to learn the difference between SALSA and PICO. i ordered a burrito and asked them to put salsa on it. the lady started yelling across the store at the girl making my burrito “PUT PICO ON IT IT’S THE SAME THING!!” i said, “no i want salsa” and she just kept yelling at her. the girl ended up putting pico on my burrito and i don’t even want to eat it. seriously horrible service, i just feel bad for the girl who made my food.

I haven’t been to Moe’s in months due to bad service, but this place has done a 360! Food was hot and smelled amazing & most importantly the service was great this time. I don’t know what happened but great job guys !
I love this Moe’s It’s literally one of my favorite Moe’s I live in Birmingham and every single time I come here I always eat at this Moe’s. It is really good. The staff is extremely sweet and it is very clean and awesome for vegetarian people. They always have everything fresh and everything taste really good too. And their employees are really sweet and they’re not rude

The person who answered the phone says the open at 10:30 but employees will look at you through the window then get a attitude because the got to open at 10:40. Will never spend my money here again.

Visited last year when we were driving through and again a few weekends ago. Both times they definitely gave us our money's worth. They don't skimp like other Moe's we've been to. This will be a go-to whenever we travel through.
