They gave me two wrong pizzas. The customer service sucked there. It’s been over five months now and I still been waiting for a refund. They will not give me my money cause they’re talking about I paid with a card and they don’t keep money in the Cash register to go through DoorDash and they have nothing to do with that payment. They rude they don’t care about their customers and or the money that you spent

Major praise for the employees at Papa Johns in LaGrange! I placed an order for carry out by accident when I intended to change it to delivery. I am a teacher and cannot leave work during the day. I called the store and asked them to change my order to delivery, but I noticed the delivery time was going to be after my scheduled lunch time and I was nervous that I wouldn't get to eat my lunch. Not only was the employee incredibly nice and understanding on the phone, but they had my order made and delivered within the next 10-15 minutes, right on time for my scheduled lunch. I was just so impressed with how quickly they provided (and the food was perfect) and how friendly they were about it. Thank you Papa Johns!
