Pizza was great and on time. Customer was not so good. The young man didn't even smile. I smiled and gave my name. He looked my order up and asked if I was going to tip. He had the same meh face when he asked. Lol. I paid for my order which had been ready for over 10 minutes. He just turned around and started putting order stickers on boxes. I would have tipped if customer service was better. I would like to thank the person who made my pizza on time.

It was very busy, but the staff were friendly and the food was great. There is no dining area, just a bench to wait on for take out. They offer delivery and Door Dash. No complaints, I highly recommend. This location is between Kroger and Bargain Hunt, behind Jumbo China Buffet. The parking sometimes gets congested, but it's worth it for the quality of pizza and the pleasant staff.

I did an online order for delivery. My order was delivered to the wrong house and left on the ground. I called the driver and he wanted to argue with me about the fact that he took the food to the wrong house. I called and spoke with a manager named Trevor and he wasn't much help either.
Food was delicious, prepared to order, staff put the wrong name on order which made it difficult to find when I was there to pick up, lost time and food was there longer than expected, not as hot as expected due to not having correct name on order.

It's always a mess in there (small area to look so unkept) but as far as food goes , as long as they get your order right its typically real good. Papa John's is one of my favorite places to get pizza from. Always has been

Pizza and wings ordered online. Arrived when said -exactly on time. Driver was very nice. Food was good! We were overnight at the local Hampton Inn and didn’t have plates. No problem! They provided plenty of paper plates and napkins! Nice! Tks Papa John’s

Ordered ONE xl large meatzza pizza and used my $10 papa rewards credit waited an HOUR just for the driver to get here and tell me that he didn’t have my order and didn’t realize until he got to my house which is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard , asked him what was the point of even coming to my house if he didn’t even have the order and he stated that he and another driver closed out my ticket at the same time and the other driver had it which is utterly insane , called in only to be told I’d have another 30 min wait and all they offered was a drink!!! And here it is two hours later and I still don’t have my food !!! definitely notifying their corporate office at this very moment to communicate their inability to rectify situations that are caused by their own employees !!!!! Absolutely horrible service never ordering from them again. I’d rather order pick up only at the papa johns across town !!!!!
