Honestly if I could leave 0 starts I would. Over charged, never came to check on us, added gratuity but acted like they had no idea why our ticket was more than what it was supposed to be until I got a itemized receipt and saw the gratuity. We always tip 25% but not today, service was HORRIBLE! You can keep your 15%. Service wasn't even worth 1%. Won't be back.
$11.50 for a steak Torta that shows $8.50 on the menu. My husband did not order one of the special Tortas on the menu.
Cheese dip and Guacamole shows $7.99 and was charged $9.99 for one and $7.99 for another.
Tried to tell me that a $7.99 Guacamole is $10.99 after tax. Lost their dang minds!

This is a family business where the owner takes pride in his business. The food is good, and portions are satisfying. The margaritas are great and come in cool decorative mugs. I was with a relative who doesn't hold back on addressing bad food or poor service, and she loved her food. The exterior isn't fancy, but they keep the inside spotless.Whenever we visit Callaway Gardens, this will be on our dining list.Give them a try. You won't be disappointed!

Seems like a small place, but the food is excellent. The sweet tea was among the best I've had. Salsa is excellent, and we had both chicken and beef tacos that were really good. Rice seemed plain, but the beans were excellent.

Finally PTL! A great restaurant in LaGrange. The fajitas were off the chain! Loved the big roasted jalepeno on top. The salsa was fresh and seasoned well. Drowned it all in Mexico made Cola. Service was courteous, friendly, and professional. Prices are reasonable. I'm coming back!

My first visit was 2/24. Initial thought was it was a strange location in what might not be the best part of town (I've never be to Lagrange before, I may be wrong on that assumption). The taqueria is very unassuming from the outside, and the parking lot is a bit dark. That's where the not-so-great things end. I was greeted promptly when I walked in and snagged a seat at the bar since I was solo. Chips and salsa were delivered quickly and they're both good....the salsa is spicy! I ordered 3 tacos, "Mexican style"; asada, pollo and pescado. All 3 were delicious, along with my Don Julio margarita!! If I'm ever back in Lagrange, I'll for sure be back for more deliciousness!!

BEST! FOOD AND DRINK!! EVER!!! Hand made Margaritas; no machine!!! Our server, Rachel, was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! She patiently answered all our questions and gave the best recommendations. Literally felt I was back in Texas eating authentic Mexican food. Go now!! Immediately go to Rio Grande Taqueria. You will not regret it!!!

This place has the best authentic Mexican food I have ever eaten. The ceviche and gordita was phenomenal! The margaritas were freshly made, no premade mixes. I will definitely be back!

This is my favorite restaurant - the Chicken Flautas are cooked to a perfect crispness. The Chunky Guacamole is pure and delicious ... the full flavor of the avocado shines! The staff is outstanding - customer service where I feel like a valued friend!
