After over 50 years of the "Toco Bell" experience it's difficult to give a rating that doesn't change drastically with every visit.The food and service has an extreme gap from exceptional to poor. Like many of the "fast food chains" menus and standards seem to lack consistentcy,However, I am comfortable saying that Toco Bell hot sauce is excellent and an exception. I think by far Toco Bell "fire sauce" is spot on and deserves a 5star rating. I feel the rest of their operations could and should and could be as successful as their condiments but need help to achieve the same standards.
This is my favorite fast food place. I love the food and the deals they provide. Service can get a little lacking at peak hours but overall I'm very satisfied.
I always love Taco Bell. You can order cheaply if you want. You can change most things to be chicken. You can find food if you are vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free. And it’s generally pretty fast. Also, you can change out sauces, like getting creamy jalapeño sauce instead of nacho. Also their hot sauce packets come in different heats, my favorite is fire. And the hot sauce “talks” to you - the little phrases still tickle me. And they have fries!!

Ran inside while ride went ahead to order in drive thru, thinking I'd be out in time to meet at pay window. Wrong. Took quite a bit to move line along (15 min). Once it started moving alls well. Restaurant itself was very tidy, Bathroom was clean and useable. Order was correct and fresh. Will definitely

Called Taco Bell to let them know they messed my order up. Employee who answered phone told me to hold on and laid phone down. I could hear them talking to other employees and customers. After 10 minutes of waiting I hung up. Tried calling back a few more times. They would not answer phone. Now it's off the hook. New Franklin Rd is the worst one.Dietary restrictions: Do not eat rice. Ordered without rice. But into it and there's rice.

They always mess up my order. The food is just slapped together. No pride in there workmanship. With that said you can't go wrong with taco bell.Parking: It kinda hard to get in and out of the parking lot
i placed my order in the drive through, i got home and realized they didnt charge me nor give me all of the food i ordered. I went back with all the food and asked could they charge us the food we ordered and remake the food i got because it was going to be cold by time i drove home for the 2nd time. The manager said she wasnt going to remake it because of a mistake i made ? her eye was bit distracted so she probably did think it was a mistake i made. i ordered a number 4 and a number 8, if i made a mistake.. why is it i was asked " what drink do you want " when ordering both?
