On a roll tonight I guess. Second restaurant I’ve reviewed tonight alone due to SERVICE. Pulled around to the window to tell them I had a mobile order, a girl comes on the speaker and sounding like a man purposefully, saying their system is down. Meanwhile they are ALL sitting in the dining area, and having friends come sit with them in the parking lot, why still have your headsets on and playing around in the lobby? How convenient on a Friday night. If your system has been down for a couple hours, it’s hard to believe the company will just let you ride the clock. I can tell you first hand when the store manager is there working, they are in work mode. I know the store manager, and she doesn’t play rain-deer games.

Ordered the number one when i got home the patty looks like it was cooked 3 days ago. Tough rubbery texture. Worst meal ever. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal as well. Chicken frozen on the inside. $20 for a crappy meal.Parking: Wished i could post a picture but it won't let me

I order two egg and cheese biscuit. From the mix and match menu. The biscuit were ok.
Had to give them one star because I couldn’t give them zero. Awful service, awful attitude, manager made fun of me for asking for a moment to order. Frosty machine is always “down” if it’s dark outside.

I usually like this location although they are usually out of a lot of items and the associates are hit or miss on their customer service but usually tolerable but today, their rudeness was above par and when asking for a receipt, the lack of concern for "the printer being out of paper" was next to none. I think if she'd rolled her eyes any harder, they would have stuck. I can usually let a lot of things go if the customer service is good as you can tell from my reviews and I always treat people with the respect I want but that definitely didn't work today. Come on Vernon Rd Wendy's....be better.

Just ordered Wendy’s then was told to pull forward and waited 20 minutes just to go inside and find all the workers standing around and had just magically forgotten to make my meal while they served 4 cars behind me! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!
