25 minutes and still no food. We ordered one 4 piece fingers meal. No ice in the soda machine. Horrible. Nobody is getting any food.

Haven’t had food from here in a while, and now I wish I had waited even longer. Only got a chicken finger snack and it has no flavor, they didn’t give me the extra sauce I ordered, and the sauce I did get is old or spoiled. It has a darker color to it than usual and doesn’t taste right. It tastes sour.Changing to one star because I was only able to eat one piece of chicken it’s that bad.

I went to the drive thru and I got a number 4 and I could barely hear her and I asked for no ranch and 2 zax sauce and when we get up to tue window i get my food and want and and she gave me some wings and i went to get her and got my food in the right place why they got to be so rude these

I’ve been in this drive thru for an hour when there’s clearly someone at the window the line has been wrapped around the parking lot and the servers are very rude. The speaker also must not be very good because they can’t hear anything at all through those things. Place sucks. Don’t go here if you’re looking for actually fast food.

Upon placing order @ drive through, you can barely interpret what the person taking the order is saying. Very rushed, abrupt , and unclear. Do you have to ask for a sliced boiled egg on your Cobb salad??? Not the first time this has happened. Also do you have to ask for a fork and a napkins??? Not everyone that is coming through drive thru are going home to eat.

Came to this location for the first time and the food was great. But the service, absolutely disappointing. I went around 2-2:30; drive thru. The speaker weren’t really picking up what I were saying so the lady proceeded to escalate her voice and have an attitude. I just drove up to the window and let her know what my order were and she got an attitude (rolling eyes, smacking lips, slamming sliding window before I completed sentences). Which in facf caused her to get my order wrong, missing the sauces I asked for and extra seasoning. I checked the bag before pulling off and saw these items were missing, tried to get her attention, but she ignored. I pulled into a parking space and had to go in and request these items from a lady working the register. She were very polite and seemed like she had no problem getting my missing items. Again, the food were good, but I most likely won’t be going to this location anytime soon.Parking: Small parking on the side but plenty of parking adjacent to store.

We ate inside, and it seemed a bit dated. The staff was excellent. The atmosphere needs some music. The guardrail next to the patio is busted and does not look the safest. We will visit again because overall is was really good service and funnel cake was great. Oh, just make sure they have your dressing before ordering your salad.

First time coming here. Me and my boyfriend was coming home from vacation and I wanted Zaxbys so we happened to pass by this location. We went in and used the restrooms. The ladies room smelt weird and was dirty. Toilet paper everywhere on the floor. My boyfriend said there were gnats in the men’s room.. we ordered our food and the boy that was taking our order acted like he didn’t know what he was doing. There was a guy that was basically doing everything with no help while there were workers standing around doing nothing, playing on their phone. Just very unprofessional. The atmosphere was not good. The place was just dirty. My food was good but my boyfriend said his food wasn’t and his fries tasted stale. I would not recommend coming to this location. This was my first time and it will definitely be my last.
