This place is horrible. Food was horrible. I got a 3 piece tender meal. The biggest tender was solid breading all the way through and the other 2 were hard and smaller than normal. My husband also got a 3 piece tender meal and his tenders were inedible they were so hard. The Service was terrible. We asked for Buffalo sauce 3 times and never got it, the lady said she put it in there but she didn't and Instead of checking or adding one in the bag she argued that it was already in there. If I could give this place a 0 I would.

Only ordered a takeout, chicken tenders meal. The tenders and fries had a bit of an unpleasant aftertaste (the chicken had a excessive amount of breading). This establishment is inside of a gas station (TA Travel Center), which was not too kept up and customer service was only fair. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend this location.

I've been to Popeyes many a time, but the spicy chicken sandwich texture here was super off. It was more like greasy panko. I've never had that happen. Also that new truff sauce is not great in my opinion.

Terrible location don’t waste your time GM knows nothing about the job I placed a online order and I showed me receipt and everything and she wouldn’t help me at all wasted my money can’t even get a refund careful placing orders here they won’t help

The ladies were nice but my order was incomplete and Luke warm fried chicken is gross. I ordered the new ghost pepper wings and thought I was Mr.Spice because they didn't seem hot. Turns out I received plain wings, bland macaroni and cheese and didn't get my fries. You'd think being a restaurant on near a truck stop exit the food would be top notch. But sadly I was disappointed. Do better, please! Even if you have to make the chicken to order, do that, because I'd rather have a customer waiting for fresh food rather than receive trash and ruin their day like mine was ruined. Please and thank you!

I was a Hard Core Popeyes Fan but then I moved to alaska ... recently moved to Valdosta and eagerly found a Popeyes .... Crap has it gone downhill... the restaurant was clean the staff helpful but the food... the food quality has fallen significantly... the portions are tiny... compared to what they use to be...there is no more dirty rice and the rice and beans suck...there is no more blackened chicken... I will not be returning

The employees are out of control. Witnessed an female Black employee provoking a senior White customer by refusing to honor a coupon code that the woman brought in from the Popeye's website. When the customer left without purchasing anything, the Black employees started laughing and calling her "Karen". They were literally trying to provoke a confrontation. Disgusted, I also left without ordering, then immediately called and asked to speak to the Manager. When I began voicing my concerns about the provoking behavior, he hung up on me without allowing me to finish talking. It's been nearly a year and I haven't been back to any Popeyes since then. Will never support rude and racist behavior...nor the business that tolerates such bad behavior from their employess.
