Visited restaurant while traveling and went through the drive thru. The tacos we ordered were awesome and service was pretty quick. I do have slight complaint about the service. We want to order one more item when we arrived at the drive thru window. The team member told us we would have to good back through the drive thru to order another item. Past experiences at other taco bell restaurants they have allowed us to do so. The manager may want to address this to prevent customer service issues.

So Monday evening March 11th 2024. I ordered on the Taco Bell bell app some dinner (FOR THE LAST TIME) There was maybe 8 to 10 cars in the drive thru so I parked and walked inside. Every employee looked at me but gave no acknowledgment. Trying to be respectful, I let it ride for almost 10 minutes. Then I had to speak up as it was completely unprofessional. So I called them out about it and expressed how these Incapable undesirables want 30 dollars an hour but are not willing to do anything work related for it. From that moment on, they all uncomfortably watched me the whole time. I knew I didn't want to eat there from that point on and I asked for my money back. They said because I ordered through the app, it would be too difficult. So I stuck around and took their rotten food. I've been violently ill ever since and I know they poisoned me!!! That's right monday night shift. I will do an update and let everyone know how serious Taco bell takes this serious matter, complaint. March 14th 2024.

Often, people working fast food are not happy and act like you are an inconvenience instead of a customer. This Taco Bell has very friendly and happy employees. I am pleased and will return for sure.

No one in line ahead of us.No one in the driver thru.Had to be six people working.We were told to place our order at the kiosk.17 minutes from payment of order to food at the counter. Hardly reasonable wait time.Ordered four of the same cheesy bean and rice burritos. Burritos were tiny and missing a key ingredient in the name of the item. The cheese! Also, missing the added onions. But, they grilled it like asked.Very nice people. However the lack of attention to accuracy and customer service left a lot to desire. One of the worst TB's ever.

The food here, when made correctly, actually tastes really good! They have a wonderful quality, but despite saying no beef 3 times we still found beef in our food. I don't understand how that mistake was made. We tried 2 times to call back but it was not answered. I really didn't enjoy that. As vegetarians, we love that taco bell has gone so far ahead of others to clearly label vegetarian food. We love that they always ask if the order is correct on the screen. This mistake was frustrating from this location because it's been years since I have had a mistake with all the new changes. Couldn't even get a refund because no one would pick up the phone.

It's a tacobell you go there to satisfy cravings not to get good food. This one feels super slow and my food was cold which seems really crazy considering how long it took for me to get my food.

Ordered to soft tacos with no tomato. Was even told when they were handed to me no tomato. Actually had extra tom. I dint know if it was some kind of joke or what. I'm allergic to tomatoes so couldn't even eat it when I got home.

Online order wasn't ready 20 mins after it was placed and it seems as though the food is inconsistent. Last time, our nacho fries barely had any in the box and this time they are just regular fries.

45 minutes to get 3 tacos, only 3 customers inside and 2 cars in drive thru. They didn't have any fries or napkins. This is definitely a ghetto
