I ordered the shrimp, and the breading was very salty. I had to remove the breading in order to consume the shrimp. I'm not a fan of the shrimp tail sauce. I wouldn't recommend it if you're not a fan of the zax sauce. If you're a fan of the zax sauce, you might enjoy it. I wasn't impressed with the shrimp at all. The rest of the meal was good as usual. The fries and tenders were freshly prepared and hot.
Horrible customer service st the drive threw. There was no sweet ,unsweetened tea, no coke , ended up with water , charged for the combos. Ordered cheddar bites and was charged just to get home and they weren't in the bag. This was the second and last time I try it.

Went to ZAXBYS today…ordered…no sweet tea..no tea at all as a matter of fact…got my order as it was handed out the window as I drove up..asked if I wanted a receipt I said no..then drove off…looked for card just to make sure because at that moment I didn’t remember her handing it to me..I backed up to ask her if she gave me my card as she rudely said yes…then I started unloading the two things ga from my bag that had food on the bottom to find my card in the bottom of the bag…I said it’s in the bottom of the bag, next time please hand it to me…I called the store back and the manager could have cared less!!! Our food was cold and at that point I decided never again!!!! I’ll drive the extra few miles to go to Valdosta!

I went here on the Sunday before President's day and it was a total overstimulating experience.The restaurant itself was very dirty and it wasn't clean.The service was very slow and the lines were long.We got our food pretty quickly though and it was pretty good, no complaints there.Overall, it was a neutral experience.

Drive thru employee was pleasant ask us to move up because our salad and wings where not ready. As 2 or 3 cats went around us because there food was apparently ready. I went in to ask where our food was because we had been waiting outside. For the YOUNG lady to turn subs get a bag off the back counter abd hand it to me. I said REALLY why that bad had not been brought outside was beyond me.

If you want free food this place is giving food out the girl work drive thu just seen her give free food to a guy that just walked in five minutes later same guy back for seconds....corporate should fire her and all the other employees that did not speak

My wife picked up a Zensation salad and a Cobb salad to go. When she got home we realized the Zensation was missing the Asian slaw. Then we realized the Cobb salad was missing the eggs. I called and spoke to a manager and he confirmed they were not out of the slaw or the eggs, they just have poorly trained personnel who don't care about giving you what you pay for. We love Zaxby's, but we'll avoid this one because you don't get what you pay for.

It's unbelievable how little care restaurant employees take to ensure a customer's order is correct. The Lake Park location screwed up my order again. I bet if the roles were reversed, they would show their backside if their orders were not right. I'm so tired of the disregard these folks display toward customers.

Terrible. Called the store to order boneless wings. Placed the order just fine. The “manager” calls back and says we are out of boneless wings. Please explain to me how a chicken place is out of boneless wings and how the supposed manager “forgets”. She then says oh we won’t get a truck until Thursday. This is Sunday and you won’t get boneless wings until the following Thursday? Someone isn’t ordering right or just doesn’t know what they are doing!
