The reason I give atmosphere a one is because when I went in there. It felt like it was a 110° like they did not have the air conditioner. On other than that, the food was excellent and the service was great, except for the manager standing over the cashier as she was taking my order.

Employees need to get off their phone while bagging orders. Maybe they would have been able to serve my food quicker. Dined in and was served in a to go bag. Are dine in trays no longer in use?

My recent visit to the McDonald's in Lakeland left me utterly disappointed. While the staff taking orders were efficient and friendly, the behavior of the manager was appalling. Witnessing them loudly berate a distressed coworker and then turn their aggression towards me when I inquired about ketchup was unsettling. Additionally, their public reprimand of another employee's schedule was completely unprofessional. This experience was by far the worst I've encountered in any establishment. The toxic atmosphere created by the manager's behavior made it unpleasant to dine there, and I sympathize with the employees who have to endure such poor management.

I have been at this McDonald’s multiple times for either breakfast, lunch or dinner. Doesn’t matter the time of day they suck across the board. They get your order wrong every other time, the ice cream machine is “broken” but really they don’t want to use it and then clean it. They’re always out of sweet tea or coke. Maybe just fire everyone there since they hate their job and hire a few of the 3 million that just crossed the boarder.

I stopped in McDonald for breakfast. I was approached by an employee named Tanisha Jones. She was very hospitable & accommodating. She went out of her way to make sure that I was happy with my meal. A business is only as good as it's people and Tanisha made this a 5 Star experience!

Place is a JOKE! This isn't the first time they have terribly messed up, but this time - this time was just lazy incompetent workers, and I'm guessing a shift leader who has issues when customers complain about wrong orders.We ordered a McGriddle, a sausage burrito, a coke, and an orange juice. We were given our drinks and told to pull up front to wait for our order to be brought out. 25 minutes later, we are still waiting so I walk in and ask for our food, - our 2 items. The shift leader said, "the girl came out with your food and said you were not out there". I replied that "we were in the jacked up truck, how could you miss us"? The person I was speaking to, all slack-jawed said to me "well what do you want"? I said "my food". She said "well we ain't serving breakfast no more". I told her "that was not my problem, I've paid for my food, my BREAKFAST - and if the employees actually DID the jobs they were being PAID to do, we wouldn't be having this issue". That lady about broke her neck she leaned so far over the register - telling me "don't you be getting rude with me, I didn't get rude with you. Now what do you want off the lunch menu"? I told her I didn't want anything just my money back.As I'm standing there waiting on a manager to come out to refund my money, a man walks up to the counter, I hear him explaining that what he ordered, and what he got was 2 entirely different things. And then, 2 ladies were standing against the wall waiting on their food. When they got their food they checked their order, and guess what - things were missing from it.This McDonald's has a LONG HISTORY of doing this over and over. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! And if you are ask to pull up front, to wait for your food, watch the time. Hold them accountable.

My wife and I used the kioski to order 2 shakes because there were no employees at the registers. We waited 15 minutes before an employee came out and said you can't have shakes. I asked why and he said the shake machine was working. I told him I needed a refund and he called for the manager. I told the manager waiting 15 minutes was ridiculous. He said he didn't have any idea what I was talking about. I told him we waited 15 minutes before someone told us we couldn't get a shake. He said he would have to talk them. No apology or anything. Leadership in this restaurant is non existent. Horrible place!

Today I went to the McDonald's in Lakeland GA and placed an order totaling $36.98 and I received everything except my order of an Egg Mcmuffin meal!!! That's the second time in two weeks that this has happened to me. I will not continue to order from this McDonald's if I can't receive my full order since I paid for the entire order!!!
