Friendly staff, good donuts and coffee but I need you guys to improve 1 thing. I'm tired of drinking coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup. Please talk to your manager, and come up with a way to avoid this.
I stopped by the Lavonia location several times and random times of day and the service has been EXCELLENT! I do online orders each time I stop by for rewards points and my order (customized always) has been PERFECT! Something drastically changed here and it changed in a great way! I highly recommend! I love the convenient hours and availability! It makes my life easier, for sure!

We have been here very regularly, my wife loves their lattes and our boys love their donuts. But they have been out of lattes/espressos for the last 3 months!! Every time that we go and they are out they try to tell us when they will have it back in, but like I said, it's been 3 (or maybe even more) months! They are very rude sometimes and their donuts are not fresh either.
