3rd time eating here and I will not be back, received fish that was not done at all not seasoned at all. Also ordered shrimp fried rice and all we had was rice and shrimp no veggies and rice was hard could not eat it at all. Threw the whole order away. First and second time eating was perfect not sure what happened this time.

First time going here and food was pretty good! Customer service spot on, he took time to explain why had trouble with online ordering and was appreciative of our business. Would rather spend money in a place like this than a place with bad customer service! Definitely will be back!!

1st time trying this place. Went for the hibachi. Unfortunately, I received the wrong food. I ordered the chicken and steak hibachi and received the shrimp and chicken. It was still good, don't get me wrong. I'll definitely be back to try everything else on the menu

Worst service ever. I used to come here all the time, never had an issue. Recently their costumer service went downhill. They had a really nice young lady working and her costumer service was amazing never had an issue. Recently I’ve noticed that they have 2 Asian kids and they are honestly so rude. They have no type of energy or enthusiasm. They are always on their phone and they get an attitude when I ask for extra items. Don’t come here it’s a waste of money. The prices are to high too.
this is some of the best chicken that i have consumed my life. they are perfectly sized and are not filled with gmos too buff up the chickens. those wings were BUSSIN! no cap i recommend the buffalo wings they were nice and crisp i dont know what these other people ate that gave bad reviews but they surely weren't these wings. will come again soon.

On February 23, 2021 I stopped by Ace Wings to get me dinner after getting off work. I purchased (2) 10 piece wings in which the total came to $16.94 after tax, I paid with my debit card. Shortly after leaving, I received a notification from my bank stating that I was charged $20.32 from Ace Wings. I called right away and told them that I was charged the wrong amount. I was told there was nothing they could do, as well being made to feel like it was my fault. The next day I stopped in to show the clerk/owner my bank statement (via my cell phone) where it showed the wrong amount, in case they did not believe me over the phone the previous day. After showing the statement, the clerk called the owner over the phone where I was told the same thing, there was nothing they could do. I was appalled that I wasn't even offered compensation or even as simple as an apology for their mistake. I explained to the owner that this was no way to treat someone who was giving business to a new business in the area. I personally feel that just because I was African American, I was treated like my business did not matter. I bet you, if I was any other nationality, I would have been at the very least offered an apology. I plea to everyone, do not spend money with this business, they disregard especially African Americans with little regard, as if they don't need our business. It is 2021 and not 1950, our business does matter and our dollar does as well. Do Not buy from this business!Thank you.
