I called in an order of fish and house fried rice. When I ate it it had small pieces of glass in it. So I go back up there to tell them that there is glass in my food. I tell the pregnant lady up front and she grabs a man from the back. I told him there is glass in my food and he tells me "we don't use glass" I asked him to repeat himself because I am in disbelief that he said that to me. He never apologized, didn't offer me a refund, didn't offer to even replace my food. He only he only gave me a refund because I got loud and demanded one. The service at this place was the worst and the food could kill you. In the picture you can see 2 pieces of glass

Great experience! Ordered online and food was ready on time. They had everything I needed in the bag down to seasoning salt. The guy at the counter was nice and friendly. Everything was fresh and the Buffalo sauce gave retro American Deli vibes. This was my first time at this location and I’ll definitely be back.

I have been going to this American Deli for many years and all I can say is it’s AWESOME! The service, food, and atmosphere is all great. The employees are all so nice and the place is always clean. They also don’t charge for extra sauces unlike some other American Deli restaurants I’ve been to. I LOVE THIS LOCATION!
