Fresh and quick. Ordered the beef Philly lemon pepper wing combo with fries and peach drink. Customer service was 5 stars. Everything was just as I'd expect. Wings were normal (not tiny like other places but not humongous). Literally the right size. Fries were fresh. Philly was so dang good. ? just awesome all around.

Before I could even pick up my order the younger girl who answered the phone , was so rude .. no sort of greeting and didn’t even tell me a time when my food would be ready. I tried calling back and she sent it to voicemail ! Waste of time and

Off Duluth highway. Located near Applebees. Limited parking. Limited indoor seating. Die I or take out. Best known for their wings. Delivery services will have to go inside to pickup. This location has a policy to check or confirm your order before you pay because they will not remake your order or refund. This baffled me because a woman entered this restaurant on 10/4/2023 and ordered 2 wing meals that came with fries. When the employee showed her the cyst her order she said she didn’t want the fries. The manager issued her a refund o the fries. I could not understand why they broke the policy for her. This is bad customer service and is why I rated it low I service. This policy cannot be applied to some people and not all.

The food is good but I order online because the young girl cashier with the fancy make up always has an attitude.Sometimes when I order online, parts of my orders are always missing. Especially the seasoning salt or the extra sauces I order through uber.Never ordering here again which is unfortunate for me :(

I've always liked American Deli especially their tenders and wings. I ordered the lemon chicken flavored wings and fries combo and for some reason every time I order that flavor it taste a bit chemically. The last time I ordered that flavor was a several months ago, and I got a really bad stomach ache and I was in the bathroom for two days. I had to miss work. I'm pretty sure it's either the chicken or the sauce that was bad. I haven't been back in several months because I'm afraid I'll get sick again. The restaurant itself looks clean and together and the staff is friendly.
Horrible service I received today. The food took over an hour to be made. The fries were not fresh and were soggy (not crisp at all). None of the food was hot and was cold. I also found hair in my food. Worst experience I’ve ever had at an American deli. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

Rueben sandwich was horrible. Had a difficult time getting my refund. I had receipt pictures and most of the sandwich to show. I did get my money back .

I’ve eaten at this place and ordered the same thing (Philly with shrimp) every time until today. I call to place my same order and they tell me I can not order something that is not on the menu. Disgusted with these new people at this place.

I ordered a chicken philly combo with 5 wings. They drowned the wings in bbq sauce. The sandwich is too full to where you can't close it up. Its not worth no $16.
