For the price your getting it you can't really complain about the quality of food, not the greatest and yet not the worst. It very mid but, great when your on a budget. The scoops cheap and value per dollar seems justified just don't expect it be amazing or anything.

The women are not friendly but the guy that’s at the register is always very nice and welcoming. Food is good and always hot. Restaurant is always clean and plenty of tables and chairs to dine in if you want to. I live in Peachtree Corners now and make the drive to have their food. It’s that’s good. Being originally from NY it’s hard to find an Asian spot that originated in NY as well. Trust me, you’re going to love this place!!

The customer service here is horrible! My husband is a very kind man and he greets them and they won’t even acknowledge his presence. Then when you order certain people get served the bottom food, which is hard and old crumbs, and others get served from the top which is fresh. You can figure out who is served bottom food. But anyway I told my family to never patronize this company ever again. I also am heavily influenced in my community and I don’t recommend giving them a dime. They need to at least have the decency to treat customers that kept them open before, during, and after COVID with respect!! There are to many restaurants in Lawrenceville for this low level service and food.

I usually love this place. I mean I've been going there since it was a dollar for a scoop and they had some really good choices on the bar. I don't know if we got there early and it was old food but it was one of the worst meals I've had in a long time. Usually everything is just fresh and flavorful but it all kind of tasted the same this time around. The Japan chicken , general taos chicken, honey chicken and the sugar dumplings were hard. I threw it away. I will try it again I just know not to go first thing in the morning when they first open up.

Went here as a kid. the price was a 1 dollar back then. I can't blame them to up the price to keep the business open and keep the food still under 2 dollar a scoop. Love it!

This place is very cheap which is great and the food is tasty as well. Very kind people working here too. Don't expect to spend more than 7 bucks if you are buying food for only yourself :)

Asian Express is located in Lawrenceville City of Gwinnett County right across Wal-Mart Supercenter. Each scoop is $1.75. If you’re paying with a card, there’s a minimum purchase of $5. The most affordable Chinese American restaurant I’ve come across. I can’t chow down like I used to because of my age and of high blood pressure. I bought a scoop of fried rice and sesame chicken & was more than enough to fill me up. It beats any fast food any day.Vegetarian options: Vegetables, fried rice, and plenty of option without meatDietary restrictions: Vegetarian FriendlyParking: There’s three rows of spacious parking and handicap parkingKid-friendliness: Family setting restaurantWheelchair accessibility: Parking space available for people with physical disability

1st time, it's a great place for the price. The temp inside the restaurant was a little hot for my taste to dine in but over all the food was good for the price.
