This place is terrible. The workers are rude and clearly act like they don't want to be there. I was ordering CONFETTINUGGETS for my family of 5 and the person taking my order had a bad attitude. He said it will take more than an hour!!

My online order of one item took a very long time. The girl started putting my item in a bag, then put a sticker on it, stapled it and I told her I just want my food. I don't need all of it stapled, then she leaves with my food to put in my small bag in another bag.

This place is terrible. The workers are rude and clearly act like they don't want to be there. I was ordering food for my family of 5 and the person taking my order had a bad attitude the whole time and was questioning why I needed so much food. Then the next worker checking me out was rolling her eyes and when I asked her if my food came with sauce she said no. So I asked her if I could order some, she asked me what I wanted and only gave me 1. Then told me, next time you need to tell us you want sauce because there is a long line. I'm fully aware of that because I waited in that long line.
My wife's credit card information was stolen after making a purchase at this location. It was the only place she used it that day and the first fraudulent charge was made at restaurant in the area. Either an employee did it or their machine was compromised. Shop there at your own risk.

5/25/2023 Thursday closed early at 8pm even though google says closing at 9pm. Please adjust your hours on google if this incorrect. I drove to the mall to get a pretzel and they were closed! ——Went to Wetzels Pretzels in same mall and got cinnamon sugar pretzels and pizza pretzels! Delicious! New customer!

Arrived to a long line but it went fairly quickly (was 10th in line & waited 10-12 min). Asked for a cheese pretzel (no pepperoni) & agreed to wait 15 min for it. Had a little “back & forth” w/ the manager b/c she wanted to charge me the pepperoni pretzel price. She ended up cutting me off & telling her VERY NICE & ACCOMMODATING cashier OLIVIA to charge the pepp. price, but take 10% off. Didn’t want to go back & forth any longer about literally pennies so I just let it go. Olivia was super nice & did her best to be understanding and helpful. The 4 stars is for OLIVIA and Olivia ONLY. The pretzel wasn’t even worth the wait or attitude from management….
