Great BBQ with the good smoky flavor, I’ve been following Chef Kev since he first set up his BBQ brothers tent in the many parking lots before he finally got his own restaurant. I salute you my brother for providing great bbq to the community you live in and beyond. Now let’s get to the food, brisket off tha chain nice seasoned flavor and very juicy, smoked chicken off the chain very moist and never dry (even the breast part) I get the whole chicken every time I go which is like twice a week, ribs are fall off the bone, rib tips, sausage, turkey, burgers, j*** wings, beef ribs are all good. BBQ sauce is not needed for anything on his menu. As long as you keep serving delicious food I’ll keep coming.

Went by because the place across the street was closed, and I am so glad I stopped by. I got the rib tips with fried okra. First and foremost, the price point for what you receive is on par. For $16, I received enough food for lunch and dinner. Now on to the taste. A lot of bbq places try to cover up by applying tons of sauce to hide their mistakes. Not this place. They served it just as they should: naked with no sauce. This allows you to taste the meat and not the sauce. If you can eat bbq without sauce, what you have is good and I was able to do that with them rib tips. I am happy to report that they were good to go. And the okra? It was NOT sitting around waiting for the next customer. They fried it fresh and hit it hot with a seasoning familiar to J and J fish and it was delicious. Not sure? Go by there and grab a inexpensive lunch deal then make your mind up. This bbq is worth the stop.

We just found our new bbq spot!! Hubby and I both had the pulled pork plate and the meat is delicious with or without sauce! We loved the mac & cheese too! And the owner makes a delicious homemade chicken sausage that he let us sample, I will be ordering next time we go! We are excited to go back and try other things on the menu! Oh & it's black owned!

Honestly, this is the best bbq I've have ever had. Plus, they are really nice folks. Went there yesterday pretty late and had a big order, and they came thru. The pulled pork is the best I've had, but I loved their sausage better(which they make themselves). Will definitely come back. All you need is an appetite

Man...let me tell you. This was the best bbq iv had in a long time ! I've have bbq from all around , the brisket and beef ribs ..there's no word for it but Delicious! Also the side are so flavorful. Not to mention the service/hospitality from the owners. Should recommend this place to any near or far !

We ordered the pull pork plate with 2 sides and leg quarter plate with one side. For dessert we picked up a peach cobbler. We went late in the afternoon so the cole slaw and corn on the cob was sold out. The food was delicious with the bbq sauce on the side(which we prefer). Service is friendly and fast. We will definitely return.

So happy they are in Lawrenceville! I NEEDED RIBS! Hubby and I headed out to find BBQ and he'd noticed this new spot opened in Lawrenceville. Dressed and ready to eat out, we opted to sit and eat inside. I think it's more of a to-go place, but that didn't stop us from pulling up a chair at one of the tables and enjoying the family videos played on big screen. We felt like family before leaving. Friendly staff and great BBQ will make us come back. Unfortunately I was so hungry and eager to eat, I inadvertently picked up the wrong to-go box and tore into someone else's order. They were so gracious about it and simply handed me the right food. I offered to pay for my mistake but was waved off. Imagine that!? Since I tasted more than expected, let me give you the low down... Ribs are amazing, tender, and huge! Rib tips are crunchy bits of meat and fat - yum! Baked beans made just the way I like them, nothing but beans and flavor! Okra (so much okra) crunchy and hot, my mouth is watering thinking about leftovers. Collards cooked to perfection, asked for hot sauce if you need more spice. Sauce OMG the SAUCE! Sweet southern bbq sauce separates authentic restaurants from the chains. It really is the best I've ever had. Brisket will make you shiver just looking at it. Huge slices of tender brisket with a flavorful layer of fat. You'll close your eyes on the first bite and know it's official, you are in Georgia! Pulled pork was so full of flavor it was a sin to add sauce but I did mention how good the sauce was so...... Go in, call in, just get in and you'll be hooked. But really take time to watch the video and you'll want to be friends with these wonderful BBQ masters!

Since moving to GA, I have not found a lot of good BBQ places- or at least near where I live. If you are near downtown Lawrenceville, I 100% recommend coming here! I ordered the brisket sandwich and the Mac & cheese. The brisket has a fantastic crust on the outside while being moist on the inside - it pairs very well with their BBQ sauce. Their Mac & Cheese is the best that I’ve had out of the last 10 BBQ places I tried. It’s delicious and highly recommend getting it! My husband ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries. I love the seasoning that they put on the fries!! The pulled pork so delicious!!I definitely recommend stopping at this little hole in the wall place! You will NOT be disappointed!
