I would buy a coffee here every single day for months until I was told the most islamophobic comments by an employee here. An employee had unpromptedly told me that he believes that the prophet Mohammad was possessed by demons and that (the employee) supports israel because Muslims want to kill everyone after he overheard a conversation I was having about israel and Palestine.It is absolutely disgusting that he felt at liberty to say that to a customer. If this is the kind of things he says to a customer, I can’t imagine what he says behind closed doors.I expected this place to be pro israel but I did NOT expect such a disgusting reasoning to be said to my face. This conversation was followed by him inviting me to a Bible study. I really can not in good conscious buy anything after hearing this.It’s sad because I really liked this place, but they obviously need better training for their employees.

I haven't been here in quite sometime, but still remember the excellent service. When I was in college, I would come here with my peers and study. The environment of this coffee shop is exactly what you need to review emails or to simply enjoy a nicely made beverage.I tend to like my coffee or tea to be paired with something sweet such as their delicious coffee cake or my personal favorite, their cheesecake (oreo or red velvet when available). Be sure to ask for staff recommendations as everything on the menu is quite good.Lastly, the service is always up to par. This time I sat at the coffee bar and experienced what a true barista is. Caeleb with a "C" showed off his impressive skills when making teas and coffee. He greeted my colleague and I with a smile and was prompt to take and make our order with his friendly coworker. My new experience sitting at the coffee bar made me want to leave a review for having a great time.Reasonably priced coffee/teas and treats. If you are in Lawrenceville, be sure to clear your mind at Boulder Creek Coffee.

I adequately enjoy this coffee shop due to its atmosphere and location. It's a very nice place to write, meet with friends, and spend time with Jesus. However, the WiFi has not always been reliable unless you sit inside. Most of the time the baked goods are actually good too, aside from the bread options sometime.Today I decided to come here and try their coffee again after previously not ordering any espresso drinks for at least 1 year (due to repetitive disappointment of bad quality product for the high expense). I was pleased to know they upped their espresso shots per sizing, however upon tasting I was sad that my 16oz peppermint mocha tasted more like drip coffee than espresso. The drink still had the classic flavor profile of steamed milk you get from an espresso drink, it wasn't as watery as previous times, the milk portion in the flavor profile was less which was good, but you can't even taste the peppermint! There is a small/ medium presence of dark chocolate though. I would say their coffee has improved since my last tasting about a year ago, and pricing is still on the high end but relatively fair for the coffee game.. however I can still get a better product for cheaper somewhere else. The service was also very slow despite nobody even being in here! They used to move a lot faster.

Just left in tears because I waited an hour for an avocado toast and the servers gave me such a hard time for requesting a refund. It’s not the customer’s fault if your system isn’t finding an order. I clearly had a numbered sign and was sitting in the dining room waiting. But the servers made it seem like I was being difficult when I was trying to be as polite as possible. They even tried to tell me the only order in the system under my name and card was one made in March 2023??? Please fix your system. I’m visiting from out of town and haven’t even been in the state in years. They offered me a free pastry but truly I just wanted my money back for the unacceptable long wait.I’m not sure if this is a common occurrence but anyone thinking of going here, please be aware that their service might be incredibly slow.

Quaint little place that's perfect for a coffee date. Loved the location as well.We popped in for a short time, but I would love to go back and explore all their options. We were shopping at a nearby store and decided to wander around the neighborhood when we happened upon this beautiful building. The area seems like it could get quite busy, so keep that in mind if you plan to drive and park.
So originally this place looked great, the reviews made me pick this one, the atmosphere is very welcoming even with the Bible study posters put everywhere, I ordered a late with Carmel and toast, the latte was bland and the toast was burnt and crumbling, they relied on the egg and bacon to give it flavor with out those it tasted like burnt toast. For 42 dollars it was not worth it.

Nice cute place. The only reason, I am giving two stars is bc I observed some unprofessional behavior from the baristas and the kids who work there. I don’t know if it is their younger age or… they seem to forget they are working in a customer service setting . Very loud laughter, sometimes screaming from the kitchen area and overall very disrespectful behavior for the customer who came there to work or study. I could hear their loud voice through my headphone . At one point , I thought something went wrong. In addition, they open the music to max 45 mints before they close. It’s one thing to ask us to leave politely but…. Sad bc the place is nice but seems no body is managing it appropriately.
