I go through the drive through every morning. The service is always great. I usually only get about 4 hashbrowns in my small hashbrown. Those few hashbrowns usually taste odd. Decided to go through today at 5pm. The French fries are terrible. You guys need to change the oil more often. This is unacceptable. I will mention it to the manager next time. Hopefully things will get better or I won't be back.

The girl working the window between 2:00 and 2:30 p.m. on Thursday 4/4/24 needs to leave this position. She's obviously miserable and is throwing that misery on every customer that comes through that drive-thru.

All I ordered was an egg & cheese sandwich as a meal and they quickly gave me a cold bread and cheese sandwich with stale oily tots … now I’ve already heard bad things about this specific location regarding their health code score and the attitudes but experiencing and attitude with the completely wrong order and nothings was fresh. As a past employee of Burger King when I was in highschool yall need to be shut down for a multitude of reasons and replaced with an actual place where you can have it your way .

I have experienced this BK not only as a customer but as an employee. Not only is the cleanliness of the kitchen isn’t up to par the atmosphere is very toxic.I’ve experienced the employee calling clients out of their name including my personal family. They have fail their osha/servsafe twice and barely pass their third and final inspection.The store mgmt: Vernon is a total creep he pulled me aside every time I tried to work to scrutinize/criticize me. He would call and text me after with things that had nothing to do with me at this store.Vernon is a creepy and does not respect boundaries. He would dangle our over not only my head but the more mature employees head. My time there was brief but i definitely wouldn’t recommend.

This place is the slowest "fast food" establishment I've ever visited. I've given them multiple tries, and they've gotten my order wrong every time.

I ordered a big fish combo with onion rings. I received 4 cold onion rings with a junior burger bun. I came back begging for another sandwich and the manager refuse. I asked him can he do anything and he started no. He was getting more argumentative and I said no need for that I’m to hungry. So he keep on that this is the fish sandwich for a year that he been there. So I gave him the food back and keep the money I’m bigger then that God got me. Run from that Burger King it need new management. Bud Big customer service his mouth drop when I gave it all back and keep the money?

This location has the worst customer service. I've been to this location a few times and each time there is always something wrong or prevents them from preparing a meal or some portion of a meal. Today is the last day I'm visiting this location. Upon arrival I was told "hey, welcome to Burger King, we can't take your order because we have limited staff". I'm sorry, if your business is this understaffed just close for the day. Why pay people to be on the clock to do absolutely nothing. Mind you it was 5pm and the store closes at midnight. Smh

I've been to the location various times over the course of a few months. There's a few things that I've noticed are consistent:The location keeps their sign's lights off, so as to make prospective customers think the location is closed at night. Every time I've visited the location, they've indicated their drink machine is down. It's been down for months?? sheesh.The location already has no customers inside and most customers opt for drive thru. While you may think this creates for a quicker experience since the employees are freed up, it's quite the opposite. Each car at the drive thru window, waits 10-15 minutes on average before an employee greets them or takes payment. Then another 10 minutes for you to get your food. All in all, such a slow operation. 0/10, feels like the employees do anything they can to create the most unpleasant and most dragged out experience.

Decided I would give Burger King's mozzarella sticks to try and when I tell you this will be the first and the last time I ever do that. lesson learned. not only were they burnt and cheeseless, they reuse the oil that they clearly had just fried fish in. I ordered cheese sticks, not fish sticks.

This is the one in Lawrenceville they are awful. Employees don't want to help each other. My food sat on the counter for 5 minutes. Two employees kept walking past I ask if they could just hand it to me. They shut the door in my face and said one moment. By the time I got it everything was cold. I pulled around went in and complained and wanted my food hot. There were two customers in waiting and were still waiting when I left. Horrible customer service. ?
