This is the worst Burger King I ever visited. My burger look like they got it out the trash and microwaved it. The fries were super hot. I could not tell where my lettuce, cheese, pickles, or onions on my burger. It need to be shut down.

service was HORRIBLE the lady was getting loud and rude because i told her i had a coupon after i already order like i knew how her computer system works… this place is a disgrace to fast food i just wanted my whopper. she got mad and threw the bag and told the other girl “to fix it” just so rude. she should either quit and be fired because clearly she’s miserable.

Where to begin? The service was fine, but the same person taking the order had to cook the food! I thought well I'll go get my drink while waiting. Nope, no ice in the ice machine. Back to the front to get some ice, which I had to wait for the cashier/cook/do everything host. Back to the machine only to pour a nice, refreshing, flat mellow yellow. Food was finally ready (20 minutes at this point), only to scrape together some fries that were sitting under the heat lamp for who knows how long. Oh, and as all of this is taking place, an argument begins with a person in the drive thru, at which point they parked and came inside to continue the exchange! Needless to say, the food was terrible, the drink was flat and oh, there was no soap in the bathroom. So, if you're looking for entertainment, this is your place. Otherwise, don't bother!

Boy, oh boy. I purposely went out of my way to give this BK location a shot because the location on Grayson HWY was below minimum expectations. I thought I would make this as painless and easy as possible, for the employees and myself: so I thought I would place the order on the BK app so I wouldn't have to communicate with the employees my order. I get to the drive thru, and the rep doesn't greet me, but instead tells me "our systems are down and it'll be about 30 minutes." I thought to myself, thankfully, I placed the order online so they shouldn't have any issue retrieving my order. I was wrong. I called for the employee through the speaker, but received no response. So I went to the window. After flagging the employee down a few times he finally came to the window and he let me know that he is the only employee in the restaurant, additionally, his manager went to complete an errand and would be back in about 30 minutes to an hour. He's also a new employee that recently started so he doesn't really know how to retrieve online orders. I'm the type of person that tries to come up with solutions. So I ask the employee if he'd be able to make the order from my email receipt showing that I paid, and it clearly shows the item that I purchased. After a giggle from the employee, he says no. So then I offer a second solution: I asked him to offer me a refund since their system isn't actually down but it's just their manager is off doing a personal errand. He says he can't do that. All in all, I don't count this as a loss. I learned the level of effort the BK employees have. I know I will NOT be trusting these type of employees again in the future.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE i came to this burger king just to get a quick bite because i hadn't eaten all day and everything seemed normal until the morning after... i got food poisoning from them and im sure it was from here because when i had the burger it tasted a bit odd it seemed like something was wrong with the onion inside the burger tasted like it hadn't been properly cooked or undercooked, i didn't think anything of it since the service was good and the lady was pretty sweet but just the food caused me to cough like crazy once i woke up and i came to the bathroom to throw up yellow liquid... so please just be careful what you order..
