I quit going to this location years ago because they could never get the order correct. On a whim, i thought i would try it again. Ordered thru the app, pulled up, and the sign says app orders use the left lane. That's kind of pain to begin with. But after a few minutes my order was ready. They handed it to me and closed the window, and walked off. I noticed that my coke Zero was clear. Obviously, it's not the correct drink. However, sitting on the left side, it's hard to get someone's attention. I sat there for at least 5 minutes waiving at anyone that looked my way before someone finally came over and fixed it. The receipt was correct, they just can't get it right.

The lady named Mary was excellent at helping us fix the order that we accidentally ordered for chicken but we wanted burgers. She went beyond what she should have to help us with the order and laughs. She made sure we had what we wanted before Letting us leave.

I ordered to new burgers, the sweet onion had maybe 2 small slivers of onion,nothing else; the Western burger had maybe 3 rings and bbg sauce; and last two was supposed to be cheddar bacon but the were just cheddar cheese and meat. I will never go there again!!! This was the first time in 9 years that I thought I would give another chance. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Worst place I have ever ate. DO NOT GO TO THE ONE ON BUFORD DRIVE!!!!!!!!!

I didn't have any meat on my sandwich. They gave me a bun with condiments. I'd gotten to my destination and was ready to eat. Bit into the sandwich and tasted nothing but condiments. I was furious! I'd driven too far away in rainy conditions to go back.

My only complaint was the oily fries .Honestly the lady that took our order was very sweet witch was nice...I felt bad because they seemed like they were short on staff other than that the sevice was great.If you dont mind the grease, I would go also for a bit of a diffrent experience they have a automated speaker box where you order youe food I thought that was pretty cool?.
