Portions are too Small for the Price we paid. Do not know how to billed half and half portion. They served you one portion and billed you for two. Guy serving at least this night was upset because people let him know that the portions are too small. Hello!!!! they want to charge like Chipotle Prices and serving like TacoBell.!!!Needs better maintenance, check tea and lemonade areas regularly and refill. Also, training all new employees with experience managers or employees from others restaurants that knows how to serve and keep a restaurant functionally.

I order through Doordash and looks like this people who works here don't have a clue how to serve the sides on the meal. Pretty sad with my order as the sides i added are so little. I know nobody from here will care neither the manager because I'm seeing lots of bad reviews. ?

JUST GO DOWN THE STREET! This is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever eaten at. It was just horrible. The portion sizes were much smaller than other locations. They threw my bowl together in such a mess like it was a timed assembly line. The food was cold. The restaurant was dirty. Condiments and utensils were empty. The drink station was sticky. It is literally worth it to drive a few minutes down the street and go to the Pleasant Hill location. JUST DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.

OMG! I honestly don’t know where to begin with this new Chipotle. Entering the restaurant was filthy, trusting that it was lunch time I excused the mess. We were greeted by a gentleman who was polite but threw the rice, beans, and meat into the bowl in a messy manner. He then passed the bowl to another gentleman that proceeded to top my bowl with the condiments in the same messy and sloppy manner. The portion was not of the standard Chipotle size but much less. The FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY FLAVORLESS‼️ HORRIBLE‼️ This Chipotle is a new location but the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. Please don’t stop here just go to the Chipotle on Pleasant Hill next to Panda Express or the Chipotle on Sugarloaf Pkwy. This was a waste of money!

Bad service. The manager Rafael doesn’t seem has an idea about customer service. Refunded my bill incorrectly I saw my bill at home. They owe me money now I didn’t go back anyway. Too stingy.

I ordered a burrito with basically everything 26$was worth it, with two mexican imported cocaola drinks, two young gentlemen Men told me it would cost more but I was fine with it I want what I like, over all good review.
