I was so impressed with how hard the staff works. I worked in fast food at chick-fil-a in high school so I appreciate efficient workers. She’s slinging fries, taking orders, and dumping chicken. Watching her move efficiently and fas.The food was so hot and fresh. If you’re in the mood for fried chicken this place will not disappoint.

I was having a hard time figuring out what I wanted to eat, and it hit me. There was a Church's chicken not too far from where I was. Since I hadn't had any in a while, I decided to try it. When I say it was even better than I remembered and the wait wasn't long. The staff was very pleasant and the Manager appreciate his effort We had a few laughs, and I was on my home with a belly full of fresh fried chicken and all the fixings I needed. Thanks again for a great experience.

I was there to get the fried okra and it was marvelous ? I requested that it be cooked extra well done and yes it was DELICIOUS if you are in the area of Lawrenceville Chruchs chicken at New Hope Road 30046 and you want some good okra and other fired chicken this is the place to be it's a little pricey but it is EXCELLENT you have to try it enjoy ?
This restaurant has step there cooking skills up. The restaurant looks fabulous on the inside. Yall Will see me every other day. And the staff is outstanding

I went through drive thru and ordered a #1. I got home and the food was terrible…dry and old. I never complain; however, I called to simply have this meal replaced. No answer.I called the next day and the manager said to bring the meal back to the store, which I did. I arrived and he said their phones were not working all day.He was very rude and continued to point to a policy that’s inside at the register…mind you, I went through the drive thru. He continued to yell, “What else for free!” like I was there trying to get over. The meal was dry and hard and all I asked was for it to be replaced.I never leave a bad review unless it was excessive. I have most of the video of his actions. Never thought I’d have to record someone.

I went to Church’s Chicken for the 2nd time and had to wait for 20 mins before they dropped my 6 chicken tenders and I was in the drive thru…The staff acts as if you don’t anticipate fast food … Is such poor service I’m telling the world not to support the church’s in the paper mill shopping center … Renovations can’t help the lack of service they provide …

Ordered like 30 bucks of food, they didn’t want to give me any sauce! Charged 43 cents for1 sauce!!! , not extra sauce, I couldn’t get one sauce to go with $30 worth of food!If it wasn’t for my mother wanting food, I would have just pulled off and let them have all that food right back. The lady was ready to fuss me out for asking for 1 sauce for $30 worth of food. Will NOT return!! Stop being so damn cheap! I can afford 43 cents, BUT it’s the damn principle. You’re trying to be cheap and running people off. FYI you keep repeat customers when they don’t feel like you’re trying to nickel and dime them to death.
