Today was not a good experience. Advertising said if blizzard is not served upside-down the next one is free. The guy didn't serve one upside-down and the girl handling my blizzard served it upside-down down. I immediately said the first was not served upside-down and how to notify them for a free one next time. The girl at the register said "that's just Advertising " I said I know so how can I get a free blizzard next time. She says "we don't go by that it's just to scare us". Hmm ok. Now the issue with the girl serving my blizzard is she was on break outside the Stand talking to the girl on the register. When her break was over she went behind the counter with unwashed hands, no gloves, touching her face and hair and prepared my blizzard. I kindly reminded her after the rejection of their "advertisement " that she didn't wash her hands either. With a scrunched face she flipped her hands to me and turned her back. Not good customer service from these young people DQ!

Nothing like standing here waiting to order while THREE employees sit here chatting and pulling out their cell phones. It seems like they’re more interesting in chatting with friends at the mall or goofing off with each other than they are in doing their jobs. I wish that’s what I got paid to do!

An ice cream shop with NO chocolate ice cream. Then tries to hide the vanilla that I didn't ask for under the chocolate fudge.

Located in the Sugarloaf Mills, this is a small Dairy Queen, Buthelezi they still make great tasting Blizzards. They don’t always honor coupons that you might receive, but the products are great.
