I almost NEVER give all 5 stars. True, I was hungry.....and was the only customer. Ordered a pepperoni and went next door to buy a drink. Came back and the pizza was rolling out the oven. Climbed back in my rig and ate like it was my first meal I'm 2 days.

The manager Heather is unprofessional. Wrong I reset sent to home, refused to come to the phone and when she did screamed and disconnected. Called back multiple times, screened call and hung up every time. Unbelievable. Refused to remake or refund pizza. Get a manager that is customer

My husband ordered from here last night (2/22). Everyone in my family that ate this (fortunately, I did not) has been throwing up and having diarrhea. We have ordered from this location many times as we literally live around the corner. This will be the last. Food poisoning is no joke! What type of unsanitary people are working here?!

Order showed delivered wasn’t, called the store was on hold for almost 10 minutes I finally hung up.food was cold my parents live almost next door but are older. I’ve never had an issue until recently.

ordered online at 6.10pm at 6.45 said heather was still preparing the food, I called three times everytime I got hung up on, submitted ticket for the customer they sent back a case finally got someone on phone after they picked up put me on hold without acknowledgement I asked have the order left because by then it said to checking order so the rep Shaylan said it left store I asked her when did it leave she said let me check came back and said it is getting ready to leave the store so all this time it was hour and 15 minutes nothing I asked for mgr names heather in background said they don't give names I asked for area or district mgr name and how convenient of them finally they gave me the name Alex which was also the delivery person on the app. I express my concern with Shayla she not once got the manager for the problem however heather in back ground saying just refund her and it will take as long as bank take to give money backPISS POOR SERVICE

I ordered one pizza over an hour ago. It's a Wednesday night at 7:30 pm. My husband went to pick it up 30 min ago and is still waiting. That's ridiculous. Never again.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak I measured Izzy weight of the meat it was 25 oz I measure the chicken on my pizza it was Point 19 oz of chicken on my pizza now I don't know how much it's supposed to weigh but I know it's more than that these guys are literally stealing from you

Im not a person who regularly complains, but this particular Domino's pizza location unfortunately falls short in multiple aspects. The customer service is severely lacking, as evidenced by their tendency to cancel orders, even ones placed with a generous two-hour window before closing. Communication is equally disappointing, with calls often ending abruptly. The manager's behavior leaves much to be desired, exemplified by their rudeness in canceling orders just an hour before closing. It might be prudent for them to display a SIGN that says WE STOP TAKING ORDERS AT 10, but we close at 11.

I patroned this place at a quarter to midnight on a Thursday. My pizza was fresh, and it tasted good. However, I gave this venue 4 stars instead of 5 due to the bad attitude of the female worker who operated the oven and packed the pizzas. Her attitude made me uncomfortable because she ignored me when I entered the store. When I called for her attention, she responded in a short and confrontational manner. I would have left if I weren't so hungry. Luckily, her male co-worker was much kinder. He greeted me, answered my questions, and processed my order. I had a feeling that both were overworked as I saw the delivery people entering and exiting the shop rapidly. Still, the female worker could have expressed her need for extra time in a more dignified manner. I praise the male employee's grace and customer service, and I suggest that management schedule more than two people work inside the shop on high volume days/times. I would return only if I were famished and there weren't any other options.
