This was my first time trying Liberian food. This is a family spot by day and a beautiful lounge at night. I came with my family and the experience was simply awesome. We had the fish, jollof, and a stew. The staff was friendly/welcoming, food was fresh, and the restaurant was very clean.

Not sugarcoating! I’ve just given this restaurant a try and I bet all the food I ordered on Uber eat was worth is. Bitter leaf soup is a bomb , fried rice is superb. Above all, the ayamase is busting. I would definitely be coming back. Rather than driving all the way to Tastee Africana that have decided to grow some wings lately. You’all have a new customer.

Terrible experience! No point in going here to eat cause owner doesn't have anything on menu. Trust! I visited restaurant at 7pm with 5 items on my mind and ALL OF THEM WERE UNAVAILABLE! Owner also made assumptions about what I was going to eat based off my appearance. The man tried to tell me I'm not a REAL African and i should just eat the chicken. LML. Straight insulting. So me and my people will nolonger be visiting again.

I went on a Friday night at 10:30PM. There was a DJ that played Afro beats all night. The waitresses were attentive and sweet. The crowd is chill and everyone comes for fun. I had the beef suya. It was fine. You can sit anywhere without having to up-charge your bill. Place is good for groups up to 6, preferably 4. They have hookah. I would definitely return. There's definitely a lot of regulars. It seems almost everyone knows each other.

Edit: In response to the business response, it does not benefit me to lie about my experience. You did not have any brown stew chicken or rice and peas. My comment about the food is my own personal experience and many others have said the same for at least a year now. More time could go into changing the things customers complain about instead of getting rude and accusatory on Google reviews.Original review: They were out of at least 2 things that we inquired about around 7:15 on a Thursday. Food came out flavorless and the cabbage didn’t have a SPECK of seasoning. The curry chicken was %70 bone, %25 chicken and %5 skin/fat. Every bite i had to spit out pieces of bone which caused me to enjoy the flavorless curry chicken even less! Wasnt worth the $50 we paid. Would not return to say the least.

Nice place music was on point clean tables food was really good but limited selections most of the items on the menu they didn’t have but what the waitress suggested to order was good the drinks were very weak and water down but I did have a nice time just watch your bill because they will try to get you but because I caught it the waitress did fixed it. So on that note I will give them another try.
