The food is fine, but i have seen the managers being extremely rude to the employees, I have heard sick employees asking to go home, being told no. While coughing and snezzing.This was on more than one occasion.

This place is a total disaster. The lady who is there at night gives very bad customer service. She doesn't like to work. She works hard to serve customers. The orders are poorly served. How I ask for tea and she gives me terrible coffee. he does not want to attend to delivery orders. ??????????????

Went there this morning, it was not busy at all. Ordered a hot tea with honey and sugar, was given a black coffee with honey. Tried to call to let them know and can not get a response. Highly disappointed.

It's a Dunkin... but the staff, especially very early and very late is super friendly and helpful.
If I can put a zero, I would in a heartbeat. First of all we came through the drive through and no greetings and bad costumer service , he had me waiting for my latte for 15min, and GOT MY ORDER WRONG … I asked for a pumpkin spiced latte with OAT MILK and NO WHIPPED CREAM . And he gave me a latte with WHIPPED CREAM, the man that was working said(9:30PM) “he will remove the whipped cream instead” the issue wasn’t because I didn’t want whipped cream. I’m highly allergic to it . So I asked for a NEW ONE, and I watched him the whole time, after he agreed to REMAKE it. He removed the Whopped cream instead and didn’t listen to the fact that I’m allergic to it . And kept looking back to see if I was paying attention, OF COURSE I WAS , I’m not trying to have an allergy reaction on thanksgiving at that. Really don’t recommend goin to this place at all. It was very disrespectful and not careful at all. Never going here ever again. Pls watch what y’all order and drink from this place . Specially if you have allergies… very very disappointed. Not happy at all.
