The customer service here is trash!! We walked in and viewed what they had and I was interested in the fish. I asked what type of fish it was no answer. They spoke little to no English. I asked the waitress that was about to take out my food, she didn’t know so she had to ask another waitress who didn’t know either, but was speaking in Spanish and laughing in our faces. We waited a few more minutes to see if someone can tell us. My son asked the waitress again what type of fish is it. She answered him very aggressively and rude telling him wait give her minute. Why don’t you know what you’re serving people?? And got upset because you don’t know!! It was so ridiculous!!! It’s 100 of them moving around behind the cash register where the food is and not to mention when we walked in one of the ladies was behind the food area mopping during business hours with the food not covered!. We were made to feel out place, and we won’t be returning here. The food is not worth the disrespect we experienced!!!

Very rude customer service, they can’t count change, can’t understand a lick of English or at least pretend not to,didn’t give me my receipt and didn’t even bother to hand me food, just walked away without a word after taking my money and struggling to count my change(which on the screen already tells you how much to give back) Horrible, horrible experience.

Me and my husband came in here at 8:50 @night super hungry and needed something good. We ordered the porkchops and red snapper let me tell you delicious. I am very picky with my food especially seafood this was the best fish Ive eaten in a long time i ate everything and that is not me. Felt like my grandmothers food. Furthermore, the price was good too. You will be seeing us again.

The food is good, it is semi-buffet style and the place is quite narrow. The price-quality balance is a little unbalanced. But it is not bad.

Charges me over $3 for a small cup of coffee. No hot cups sugar in the size and milk side was terrible. I waited over 15 minutes for a cup of coffee after my food was received. Poor customer service. I won’t be back.
