I have been ordering lunch from Golden Palace for a few years now. Their food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. I love their Chinese & Thai menu. Their portions are generous. They always provide utensils and sauces, which is a big deal because a lot of restaurants forget. I order from here often. Each time the food tastes has gone downhill. I spent $40 on three items and I'm only eating one, the crab rangoons. I ordered the seafood and pineapple fried rice. It was basically white rice with vegetables and basic Seafood mixed the taste was horrible. I also ordered sesame chicken asked for it to be for it to be fried extra crispy it came to me super soggy , no flavor tasted like old chicken. Needless to say this will be my last time doing business with this restaurant. ?

I came here at 11 AM for lunch on February 20, 2024 I ordered Mongolian beef and hot and sour soup to dine in I ate my food and went back home that evening I made myself a baked potato for dinner the next morning I woke up at 6 o’clock in excruciating pain my belly hurts so bad I thought I was having a heart attack for two hours I lay in bed in excruciating pain then when I went to the bathroom out of my butt Kane Brown water large amounts of brown water smelled exactly like the Mongolian beef I had eaten yesterday and this continued not diarrhea brown water I had to go to the bathroom nine times with large amounts of brown water coming out I will never go back to this restaurant ever I had to run them down just to get my bill they don’t even take care of their customers this is the worst place ever don’t go there

First time here tonight, in brief I will be back. I ordered Triple Delicacy off their Special menu. Shrimp, Scallops & Chicken with mixed vegetables in a wonderful spicy probably orange and ginger sauce. I took a lot home for dinner

I’m a regular here and as of today they will no longer get my business. I was treated very rudely and was refused service due to them having a “large party” coming in 45 min after the time I entered. After being asked to take my order, two others came from the back to tell me they weren’t doing any other customers because they were WAITING on a large party to arrive, as if my simple soup and rice order would’ve taken more than 10 minutes of their time.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this store. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and it took forever to get any assistance. I will not be returning and will be telling all of my friends and family to avoid this store. Terrible experience.

I usually get take out from here! I usually get chicken and broccoli with extra broccoli! I’m a regular and I’ve never been disappointed with how my food has tasted. My one complaint would be that they have charged me the same price for this meal even when I asked for no rice and I don’t think that is fair, but I never confronted them on it, nor am I running their business so who am I to tell them what they should and shouldn’t do. ?So I just started getting the rice anyway though I don’t always need it. This isn’t a reflection on the taste of their food though. So I’m not voting them down for that. They are also very open to making changes to meals to you if you ask nicely. Lol I have asked for General Tso’s chicken with the sauce on the side and veggie delight with the sauce on the side and they did it with no complaints.Customer service has always been good. They are too the point and may have a little conversation but they won’t hold you long. Food is quick and tasty!
