Great place to get Caribbean items

I was a blessing when I discover this market. This was my go to market but the Customer Service is horrible. I have seen so many reviews about it and people prefer not to go to this market because of the Customer Service. This past weekend there was a young lady and a young man working and I thought I was begging them to spend my money. We as Jamaican need to realize that attitude don't keep customers. The older lady who I perceive is the owner need to get better works because her business will lose customer because of workers. This will be my last time going. I kept saying I won't return but I try to give our people a chance but I can't spend my money where I can not getting any service. I prefer to drive further away for better customer service.

Grayson Caribbean Market is conveniently located, and the best choice for best authentic and fresh Jamaican groceries and take out Jamican meals.

The store has good products but the customer service is horrible. There is one young man in the store that is always angry and act like we have to shop at the store. When I go to the location and he is the person at the cash register I leave. Refuse to spend my money where I am not getting any service.

If you’re from the Caribbean then it’s definitely worth a visit! I like to pick up my favorite snacks and beverages. Very friendly staff and always organized.

I was drawn here due to their restaurant and I wasn't disappointed. This is a clean restaurant and market that had my food ready in less than five minutes. Unfortunately, they didn't have Beef Patties when I visited, but one of the employees gave me a veggie patty to try (free), which was delicious. The Oxtail Plate was no different in terms of quality. My only complaint is that prices are quite high, but the original prices (before inflation) were written next to current prices and those seemed reasonable. I'll definitely be coming back.

Was going to my friends to see their new home and needed food. Stopped here as I love Caribbean food and figured it was a great choice because of the reviews. Needless to say it was definitely a market so they sold all types of Jamaican local goodies and cooked in the back. The thing that I didn't like the most was how nasty the food was lol It didn't have a lot of flavor. I ordered basic traditional food; stewed chicken, rice and peas, and cabbage. I was not impressed. I really wanted the fish but was told it would be about 45 mins as the fish is frozen and made to order. Never heard of this but it was good to know. I liked the location, staff service was great , but the food itself was not worth it and I will most likely not return.

Location is decent with reasonable prices. Good food portions as well. Variety is limited, but not a deal breaker.
