Food was terrible. I make better Chinese food at home. The orange chicken was half full, the sesame chicken (although ordered spicy and extra sesame) was regular as regular. This place sux......save your money, seriously. Never again top 3 worst 40 bux spent of my life and kept me up ALL nite. Delivery was said 20 min, took an hr and a half. Btw the pics of the food is before anyone dug in. Never EVER again!!!

Ordered a shrimp fried rice and a beef fried rice for pickup and BOTH tasted like old food. Almost like they used at least a week old rice and beef and shrimp. Not sure what is going on with them since I have been a customer since 2015 and they were good. I called before making this review and the guy said “okay”. Very sad and disappointed!Update: sent my daughter with the food for a refund and they said they can’t give me proof of refund. While waiting, she saw roaches everywhere. IN WINTER! Disgusting! Never again!

Got jumbo shrimp fried rice for takeout. The guy was friendly but the food was average at best. More like just fried rice with soy sauce and tiny little shrimps. Not bad, but nothing to brag about.

The worst was the service. I placed a big order for my co-worker and I for dinner. 5 order of fried rice with wings. They forgot the wings for one of the shrimp fried rice. My co-worker was disappointed that he missing 6wings from their order. I call to let them know that they forgot the wings on one of my order. They deny and said they confirmed all items were there. .

One of the best Asian takeouts in the Lawrenceville-Suwanee area. Cashew chicken, Lo mein, General Tsao’s chicken, and their fried rice options are out of this world. Courteous staff and owner too. Recommended.

FOOD IS FRESH. Their orange chicken was great and customer service was very cordial. Server even recommended me some appetizers I really enjoyed. Jade Dragon is a great takeout place if you're looking for Chinese. AND they deliver which saved me the trip!
I've tried Jades Dragon on Lilburn and had a terrible experience ... HOWEVER I discovered the Suwannee one a month ago and The food is AMAZING. The wait was long but that's typical of any takeout place. (Order 20 mins before normal want). there was a Very nice friendly cashier to very welcoming . I'll Definitely be a regular from now on!

Spent $28 on two sesame chicken with pork fried rice. Easily the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten. Not sure how they mess up sesame chicken but as you can see from the photo, it was pretty bad I didn't even finished the majority of it.

Awesome variety dishes to choose from; always servers super hot even when we order delivery. This is more of a take out spot with a few seats. The delivery driver is so sweet.

Received wrong food, and they refused to correct the issue. My order was repeated back to me but when I got home, one of the dishes was incorrect. I called and the employee who took my original order gave the phone to the other teenager who was working. They refused to deliver the correct item because I was “too far,” and the only options he gave me were drive another 65 minutes round trip to give them back the wrong food or go without dinner and bring back the food tomorrow. The employee even argued that I ordered the wrong food after grilling me to tell him the name of the mystery dish even though he couldn’t figure it out based on my description. We’ve been a customer since 2004, and even gave them a second chance after we had a roach in our rice. We will not be back again.
