It is a nice café style atmosphere, unknown what food is like, but service is obnoxious (especially for delivery drivers). I have had an employee “check” on an order twice now and just tell me “what I wanted to hear”. Waited 15 mins today (went to the bathroom, order wasn’t ready, asked employee, “they are still working on it”, go out to change my daughter in the car, come back in and the order was stolen at some point before I even showed up. We are paid by time. They just wasted a quarter of an hour for zero pay for me. I hate people who can’t just give a straight answer in the first 5 mins of waiting.

I used UberEats to order from here two times in the past 3 weeks. Each time our delivery guy calls us to tell us they do not have potatoes. Why have you not updated your menu to reflect you do not have this key item? The fact that this has happened on two separate occasions lets me know that this is an ongoing issue for this restaurant. I have wasted time ordering from here for this to happen and by the time I get the issue resolved with support, other restaurants I could have ordered from are closed. I will no longer waste my time ordering from here. Either update your menu or restock the item so customers aren’t being duped.

Man, this place is gross. It only got 2 stars because the staff was mostly nice and helpful. We went around 5:45 in the evening on a Monday and there was nobody there. You would have thought that they had just been slammed by a little league baseball tournament or something at how filthy the restaurant was.The high chair still had food in it and plastered to the side. When I asked if it could be wiped down I was handed a rag.The booths were dirty and there was garbage on the floors and on some empty tables.Near the end of the line between where you pick up your plates and the drink station there's a giant puddle under some tables where they just put a caution sign and everyone just walked around it.Even the plates we were given for the salad bar were dirty and had food bits on them.Food was ok at best but can admit when you're sitting in filth like that, nothing is going to taste good. I had a half panini and salad bar and my wife just had the salad bar. The bread was obviously stale before it was pressed and it lacked any kind of real flavor. The salad bar was pretty pathetic and nothing was really labeled.We went here because neither of us had been in some years. Now we remembered why.Kid-friendliness: Dirty nasty hugh chairs, but good kids meal options, pizza, chicken, or grilled cheese.
I had a chipotle chicken paninni, no spice or chipotle flavor, the portion of chicken was small (4oz) the avacado has a bag taste..

I don't usually write really bad reviews, but this place made me so mad, lol.I got a sandwich and the salad bar. When I went to the salad bar, it was in absolute disarray and half the items were gone, including the lettuce. I didn't know this was a "one trip only" salad bar (this is not clear anywhere on the menu BTW and they didn't tell me this) and since there was no lettuce for the salad, I just put a few small toppings on my plate to snack on while they replenished the bar.They came out and refilled the salad bar, and so I went up to the counter to ask for a clean plate. They let me know it was only one trip, and I said that was fine, but explained that I wasn't able to get a salad the first time because there was no lettuce. They basically said "too bad" and told me I wasn't allowed to go back to the salad bar.It was so, so irritating. I paid for the salad bar and got nothing but a few olives, and they wouldn't just let me get a salad to fix the issue.The sandwich was also really, really bad and had about 3 cups of mayo pouring out of it.Hands down the worst $25 I've ever spent, anywhere. I've never felt more ripped off.

I ordered a quarter mufalata and a cup of soup. The sandwich was cold in the middle and the soup was cold on top? Had to stir it to warm the whole thing....
It was quiet when we got in we beat the lunch crowd. Service was amazing food was so good got a reuben on rye and salad combo fresh salad tasty sandwich and I had ice cream for dessert !!

To Go order review:I think the biggest issue we have with this is that the orders are not right most of the time.We place orders with the assumption that it can't be mishandled yet it is. Saltine crackers are missing. Drinks are missing. We ask for crispy onions and we barely have any. We don't ask for olives and it's added to our order (and olives are overpowering too and can really ruin a salad).It doesn't help that this greatly upset my pregnant wife so that definitely has an influence on the negative review. But regardless this was bad. Could have been handled a lot better but wasn't.
