I love Jersey Mikes. I have never been one like this. Slow, dirty and rude. Employees hate there jobs. Do not want to be there and insanely slow. Lady employee was extremely rude. Good luck.

Came in at 1PM for a sub to go. Line was long but the guy taking my order gave the whole place a great energy. Great interactions with EVERY customer and treating team members great and offering them his help where he could. Glad to see good service is still around. Even had the team dancing to jump around and singing what they could lol. Thanks Rashaad and team for the great food and great attitudes. First place I’ve been to ever that I would go out of my way to come back for!

Excellent service, quality sandwiches; healthy fast food made by friendly staff. My hubby had a hot ham and cheese panini sandwich and the roasted turkey I had was delicious! The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is because an employee was sweeping the floor and left a pile of dust and dirt right in front of our table when my husband asked her if she could please sweep away from us (due to my allergies). We were 2 of 3 customers in the store which had a number of tables.

This store is by far your best store with the best employees!! I go to Jersey Mikes frequently because I do love the sandwiches and fresh meat but normally the employees are not happy, not efficient and not good at their jobs.This Lawrenceville Brown Road store has literately the best group of employees at any store. More stores should learn how to work as well as these employees do. They are friendly, fast, efficient and never make mistakes with your orders. Love these folks and I would much rather drive twice as far to get food from this store than another location. Give these guys a raise!!!

It's sad to see bad reviews for this place. while I know there are off days for any place my experience has always been amazing. I have yet to find another sub place with more friendly staff or better subs. I always get the Philly and they rock every time. I have tried other locations but this is the place I think of when I think Philly sub. Just writing this is making me want one. Keep up the good work. you all rock!!

Had such a great customer service experience here that it motivated me to leave a review, which I haven't done in a while. The staff was incredibly accommodating to my sister's gluten-free needs and clearly takes food allergies seriously. They asked several follow up questions and made recommendations for both of us so we could order exactly what we wanted- I've never experienced that at a Jersey Mike's before. When we left they made sure we had a bag for our leftovers as well. Rashad's personality was so positive, fun, and friendly. One of those rare people you come across in customer service that just seem genuinely happy and make the best of their shift. Loved the music and his singing- thanks Rashad for brightening our day! :)

O you all thought you wouldn’t get a bad review. Processes are terrible…customer service is terrible…the cashier/sandwich maker didn’t blink, smile, or provide anything remote in alignment with a hospitable person. I don’t know whose managing the place but you are doing a terrible job.
