Had lunch here today. The greeter was nice as was our server. She checked on us often. We had the onion rings to start. Very crunchy & tasty. Then we split the 3-meat combo (brisket, pulled pork & smoked turkey) with baked beans and mac-n-cheese. The food came out quickly & was hot & tasty. Our only complaint is that it was a bit too pricey for us for lunch. However, we'll return.
Great food. Chicken tender was the best ??. Have ate a lot of tenders BUT not that tender Ribs smoked was great . Meals and service was awesome ?? ??
I was excited about this place and thought it was going to be worth it. Tried it and I won’t be eating there again. My beef brisket sandwich was pretty much all fat, just disappointed .
Went in on-a Friday around 3:00. Not busy service was slow and not very polite. Had to ask for everything Butter for the biscuits. We got a dirty metal fork in silverware and asked for clean one she returned with a wrapped plastic fork and spoon set. No salt pepper on the table. No sauces. No extra napkins. Which i understand due to Covid but come on and bring to table when you bring drinks or food. The food was ok pork had way too much fat and really no taste. Best part was the biscuits and fries. She never came by and ask if we wanted refill on drinks. When I finally ask her for a refill she brought me a to go cup as if to say Please hurry up and leave. Will not be returning any time soon
Took 35 to 40 minutes to get an call in order and the side of watermelon was pale pink and part of the rind. The baked beans and cheese biscuits were very good. Pulled pork was good but contained some fat.
I visited for the first time on August 3rd, 2021 at about 12:30 PM. It was a little bit annoying how long it took for the waiter to come, but we did order immediately. Everything from the cheese biscuit, to the Barbecue chicken was fresh and delicious. Also, I wasn’t a fan of the idea that they don’t have green beans, I personally like them with barbecue. Other than that, a great place to stop and have a nice n’ heavy lunch/dinner.
Always smells sooo good! We order the pulled pork classic (deliciously tender) w/ two sides of Mac n cheese & fries, Mr Pibb, peach margarita, all good (cept for the string of fat in my pork). Place is clean, service attentive, sports bar environment, would eat here again.
The quickest way to lose a customer is to not manage their expectations. Even then, there's a small window of opportunity to rebuild trust with your customers. Whelp, that's not the case for the Jim N Nicks on scenic hwy. For the fourth consecutive time, this place has run out of chicken, turkey, and wings. How is it possible for a chicken restaurant to run out of chicken so often? Horrible job managing my expectations; you won't get a 5th opportunity.
Disappointed. I ordered through their delivery service on three different occasions. Every time there is something missing. If there is a problem with the order, you're always instructed to go through the delivery service. I'm fairly certain that the driver isn't going to forget to but a side or biscuits in the bag. It's the restaurants fault. All three occasions, something has been missing. I'm disappointed because I spent $75 on three meals for today's order alone. This shouldn't happen on a consistent basis. The only reason I gave 2 stars opposed to 1 is because the food tastes good.
I am in disbelief on what just happened. I called my local store to let them know that my order delivered (DoorDash) was missing my son's order. The female that answered the phone refused to let me talk with a manager as they were busy. I asked for the manager's name and she indicated it was "Keith Warren" and he was on vacation for two weeks. I asked for her name and she refused to give me "personal information" I said I just need your first name and she flat out refused. I've been around the block for a while and this beats them all. My family will not be returning and hopefully, I can get in touch with someone in corporate on Monday. On top of that one of our sandwiches was 50% fat.
Do NOT go to this location. Pickup order and they messed it up. When I tried to get it resolved they would not help and told me sorry. I asked for a manager and they refused to talk to me. The woman walked off and would not help either. The picture was on a BBQ sandwich and it is all fat. The kitchen had to see it.
The environment was modern and clean. Wait time was reasonable. Food was good, not the best bbq I've ever had but well worth the visit.Waitress seemed rushed, and inattentive. She admittedly forgot to place appetizer order, additional side item, and kept having to be reminded to bring more bbq sauce which begs the question: why does this establishment not offer self serve bbq? Having to continue to remind your busy staff for more bbq is annoying for everyone involved.
The original trimmings/sides pictured in the photo were in a container twice the size for $2.99. Now however, you get half the amount for the same amount when ordering it to go thru drive-thru. (Ripp-off). Also they are extremely heavy handed with the salt at the Snellville, GA location. This is the 2nd time I've had an issue with too much salt in the food. I wouldn't recommend this location or the sides at this establishment.
From the time I walked in the door till the time I left I enjoyed everything my bartender was amazing. Their cheese muffins are to die for And the ice box pie was so good I almost bought the own pie home. Definitely going to bring my family back here thank you for the wonderful customer service an great atmosphere
I live within a couple miles of this location but I think I will stop going here. Lately the meats have been WAY TOO charcoal tasting. It's pretty unbearable. I burp it for several hours. This seems to have been going on for a couple of weeks. Went to a different location last week and it was a very different experience.
