I ordered the turkey Tom on wheat and got one very thin slice of turkey on one half of sandwich and two thin slices of turkey on the other half. I got barely any lettuce and the only thing they were generous with was mayonnaise. It literally tasted like a mayonnaise sandwich. I couldn't even eat it and I'm pregnant and normally will eat anything. Awful sandwich and waste of money! I will not be coming back to this location.

I really appreciated the speedy service. By the time i filled up my drink, my sub was ready. I was wow now thats service. When I got out to my car and opened in up I knew why it was so quick. The quality of the sub left a lot to be desired. There was barely no lettuce, the tomatoes were the size of a quarter, and the barely no meat. Very disappointing. I wont be returning anytime soon
WORST customer service I have ever received from a Manager, (Chase). I placed my order on their app for delivery. I received a call from an employee from the store stating they did not have a driver. No problem. I pickup my order and returned to the office. Two of the sandwiches were made wrong. I went back to the store and asked for the sandwich to be corrected. Then my other employee called and said his was incorrect. Chase the manager said you are complaining about a sandwich? You can it eat it. I said no, they ordered wheat. He started yelling and cussing saying I cant believe you drove back here to complain about the sandwiches. I said they are incorrect and I want what I ordered and paid for. Don't order from here. I will be going down the road to Jersey Mike's next time.

Worst customer service and "chase the manager " is very rude . I needed my sandwich to be on specific bread that i paid for and i got what he wanted and said why cant i just have the regular bread its not a big deal. Didn't bother doing anything other than yelling and cursing ! If i could give no stars i would but i had to choose one .

Love their East coast Italian sandwich - you get double meat and cheese and they take out some of the bread by default, and it includes peppers, all of which is how I like my sandwiches so it fits me perfectly. My wife loves their Gargantuan (which is loaded up with meats), it's enough for two meals so both of these sandwiches end up being a great value.
