Definitely the worst customer service. Super slow and un attentive server. My Father had to get up and basically go into the kitchen to get water because we asked several times with empty cups. The server finally showed up with every excuse you can think of. She told us the manager took care of a meal which never happened so they lied. She also said we should have motioned to her apparently our empty cups and communication wasn't enough signal. I couldn't even eat my food because I asked the server for salsa verde when the food arrived due to the taquitos being dry as the Sahara desert but never received the sauce and probably never would have gotten water if it wasn't for my Father. So overall, I'll never be back and I'll never recommend La Cazuela. Such a waste of time and money.

Love coming here! All of the food options I’ve tried has a lot of flavor and always tastes fresh with good quality. Highly recommend anything with their carne asada! Very good margaritas too, especially their Texas or Skinny margaritas.
